Horst R. Brumm, geboren 1954, leitete über 30 Jahre das Buddhistische Institut Karma Tengyal Ling. Ihre Eminenz Khandro Rinpoche beauftragte ihn 2010, zu lehren. 2016 erklärte sie ihn offiziell zum Jogi. 2023 wurde er als Dharmalehrer für Deutschland benannt.
