This week’s podcast was sparked by a heartfelt conversation with a close friend—one that made me reflect deeply on how hard it can be to stay connected when our beliefs or politics don’t align. It isn’t easy to remain in friendship across opposing views. The truth is, it takes patience, compassion, and a willingness to let love be louder than division.

For me, grief is the great equalizer. No matter where we stand or what we believe, we all know loss. It humbles us, softens us, and connects us in ways that remind us of our shared humanity. That recognition became an anchor for this episode, along with my core values: honoring truth, rejecting hatred and violence on any side, and choosing to lean into love.

In the podcast, I share why these conversations feel so necessary, and I offer a few lighthearted tips for navigating them—including how humor (yes, even speaking in a British accent) can ease tension and open space for connection.

And if you’re a woman looking for a community where you can be fully seen—where you won’t be fixed, judged, or compared—I invite you to join Wild Soul Sanctuary, opening for registration on October 27th. This is a space for healing, reflection, and the kind of soul-deep connection that helps us remember who we really are.

My hope is that this episode reminds you: it is possible to bridge differences with compassion, to honor your own truth without shutting others out, and to let love and levity guide the way.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
