ABOUT DR. SUSIE
Dr. Susie pursued a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and graduated from Arizona State University with plans to help people change their lives through health and fitness. She continued her passion for health and helping people as she started her own fitness consulting business at 22 years old in Boca Raton, Florida. She consulted corporations to help get their employees healthier, therefore saving 100’s of thousands of dollars in insurance premiums. She became acutely aware that there were A LOT of people who needed more than fitness consulting! One day, she met a young woman who was a chiropractor, and this conversation changed the trajectory of Dr. Susie’s life. She decided to pursue a degree in chiropractic and never turned back!
Dr. Susie’s passion is to coach and encourage people, whether in the office or in packed conference rooms, to decide to be a better version of themselves. As a health coach and motivational speaker, she encourages people, through sharing her own life challenges, never to give up on their passion to be better! She likes to do one-on-one sessions with people and encourages them to get out of their comfort zones so they can live the life of their dreams. She uses her degrees, years of experience, and personal stories to encourage people NOT to settle for less than their dream life! Giving back to her community is also one of Dr. Susie’s passions by speaking to students, professional organizations, women’s groups, and churches. You can find her in Wheaton volunteering at various events and helping people in the community.
