Alvin Ridley was accused of keeping his wife captive in the basement for decades and murdering her on October 4th, 1997. The way Alvin responded to the Police caused them to doubt his innocence. After 8 months of investigating, they arrested Alvin for murder. Virginia had not been seen in the community since September 15th of 1970. It was a small-town people Gossip. There were many people who didn’t even know he had a wife. The spouse is always the suspect right?
