After working in the beauty and fashion worlds (she was Beauty Director of FASHION), Laura fed her passion for food and nutrition and co-founded Sweet Potato Chronicles, a website dedicated to all things family food. Laura is also the co-author of the best-selling cookbooks The School Year Survival Cookbook and How to Feed a Family.
