Kyla Fox is a superstar in the world of eating disorder recovery. Like many women, Kyla developed an unhealthy relationship with food in her late teens and soon found herself in the throes of anorexia and over-exercise disorder. Eating disorders, although they may affect the whole body, actually originate in the brain and are classified as mental health disorders—often hidden as issues of control, self-worth, depression and/or anxiety.
After recovering on her own, Kyla decided to dedicate her life to helping others. She became a Master’s Level clinical social worker specializing in eating disorders and founded the Kyla Fox Centre.
