Today, I'm welcoming a returning guest, Paula Jenkins. Paula is the host of of the podcast Jump Start Your Joy, a podcast producer, consultant and mentor who helps others start their own podcasts. She hosts workshops and classes that will help you get the idea that you have for a show and get it launched. And, I want to add that she is also a coach and can help you with the emotional things that most others who have podcast classes do - like being vulnerable and putting your voice out there.
Paula's focus is on choosing joy and now more than ever is a great time to have that discussion.
Paula and I met in 2015 when we attended and were certified through the Courageous Living Coach Certification. After certification, we also served on the leadership team and have helped train other life coaches. And in 2016, Paula was the one who helped me launch Midlife Schmidlife.
