Nick Elder - Turning Bad Luck Into Opportunity
My conversation with Nick was awesome! We had a great time discussing his story and many aspects of Real Estate investing and Capital Raising. The Mindset issues that keep people living from paycheck to paycheck and the joy of building a network that you can acutally call friends.
Nicks career began in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry selling blockbuster pharma products and consulting in the Long-Term Care Pharmacy space covering a nine-state territory that generated $500M in annual contract sales. From there he was recruited to lead the sales efforts to grow a startup CBD company in the peak of the Hemp Industry back in 2019 and Learned that his true passion was for Real Estate.
Today, Nick runs his own real estate company, Trinity Peak Partners, with his two business partners. He also works in Investor Relations at a Private Equity firm, Ironton Capital. He and his team have raised almost $50M in one year!
