Chattanooga Film Festival is a father-son partnership and a labor of love. It has been making a name for itself among film-lovers, filmmakers and the film industry. The COVID-19 pandemic presented a challenge – how to continue their mission to support the art of film when social distancing made gathering for movies and workshops impossible? Alex Bradley speaks with founders Chris Dortch II and Chris Dortch Sr., as well as members of their media team, to learn how Chattanooga Film Festival partnered with Microsoft to present a full, four-day virtual version of their physical festival.
