Our guest shares her professional expertise and her personal experience with navigating pregnancy loss, postpartum hemorrhage, and postpartum anxiety. She owns Lowther Counseling Services and is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Perinatal Mental Health.
