Borja Toca en varias bandas de covers: Jotajaybers (pop rock en español) y Blackcats (rock variado en inglés). También está en tributos a Loquillo (DDF) y Mötley Crüe (The Dirties), además de tocar con Laurence Archer Experience en su banda en España y en un trío de blues improvisado, Los Banshees.
Pero Borja no se queda solo en los escenarios. Es profe de batería y autor de tres libros con su propio método, Sistema Block. Da entre 120 y 140 bolos al año, tiene una academia online y la web massbateria.com, donde también lleva un blog, videopodcast y canal de YouTube. Además, ha colaborado con revistas como Latin Drummers y Chotitos.com y tiene dos cursos online, uno basado en su primer libro y otro sobre cómo iniciarse en el flamenco con la batería, cajón y palmas, nada menos que con el maestro Pancho Brañas
