Are you overwhelmed by the demands of maintaining an online presence as an entrepreneur? You're not alone. The constant pressure to keep up with online trends, engage with audiences, and produce content can take a toll on anyone. In Episode 154 of the "More Than Social Podcast," I share insights and strategies for managing and overcoming online overwhelm.  Most people are struggling and facing challenges, and I'm sure more would admit they hate social media.  Personally, I have a love-hate relationship with social media.  It’s great for business—it allows us to connect globally and build a business online. I'm thankful for the connections I’ve made, but yes, there is constant pressure to post constantly, follow new trends, and adapt to algorithm changes.  If you’re overwhelmed by all the advice out there, simplify. Identify what aligns with your strengths and focus there. Avoid shiny object syndrome and trust the process. Validate and adapt regularly based on feedback and stay consistent.  I truly appreciate you listening to these episodes. If you feel overwhelmed by the online world, connect with me on social media. Let’s support each other through the ups and downs. You don't have to navigate this journey alone. We talk about:

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
