A healthy pharmacist-patient relationship can be difficult when cognitive decline, dementia, or Alzheimer's Disease impact our ability to communicate and understand. In honor of National Alzheimer's Month, join us for a special conversation with an expert panel who offer insight in how to maintain that relationship and offer the best care for patients and their caregivers.
