Tony Dungy, a former NFL defensive back, advanced through the coaching ranks following his playing career. He earned his first head coaching position in 1996 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and over the next 13 seasons, that included seven years with the Indianapolis Colts, he racked up 148 total victories! My favorite quote from Mr. Dungy about positivity is in this podcast but another GREAT quote of his is "Everything's not going to go perfect. You're going to have some losses that you're going to have to bounce back from and some things that are a little unforeseen that you're going to have to deal with.”
