Welcome back to News with Bill, your weekly podcast dive into the world’s most bizarre, outrageous, and unbelievably true stories. In this episode, "Double-Decker Eyebrows," we hit a whole new level of strange with tales that will make you laugh, cringe, and question humanity’s decision-making skills. If you’re into weird news, outrageous headlines, and the kind of true stories that sound completely made up, this one’s a must-listen.
We kick off in Florida—because of course we do—where a naked man was caught on video defecating on a neighbor’s glass table in broad daylight. Yes, on the table. Right next door. Not to be outdone, another Florida resident was arrested after hitting a police officer with a hot dog, and yet another launched a full urinal of bodily waste at a nurse. There’s also a Floridian named—wait for it—Le’Genius, who’s back in jail on serious drug and gun charges, reminding us once again that names are not destiny.
Then we shift gears to a lighter, but still strange, segment: “Would You Do It For $100?” I break down a hilarious poll where thousands of people weighed in on whether they'd drink ketchup, wear the same underwear for a week, or let a toddler cut their hair—all for a Benjamin. You’ll be surprised by what people said yes to.
On the international front, we explore the truly disturbing story of a South Korean apartment that smelled worse by the day—until the source was found: three bags of feces hidden in the ceiling. And from Wisconsin, we’ve got a woman who not only murdered her partner during a meth-fueled sexual encounter but then dismembered him and showed no remorse. She's currently pleading not guilty.
Things don’t slow down from there. A high school dance in California was postponed because of bats in the gym, and a Thai woman was left with four eyebrows after a botched tattoo job—she’s finally recovering after a year of embarrassment. And in case you missed it, scientists are now encouraging people to save their poop in a personal “microbial bank” for future medical use. I can’t make this up—this is real science.
