Today, I'm sharing some more personal anecdotes from my life, that have negatively impacted my health, and how getting rid of some items have relieved me of so much negative energy in my space, from my body, and from my soul.
Do the things you keep or collect emit a positive force of energy in your life, your home, your spirit? Or do they remind you of a time you've evolved from?
The items we have store the energy of the people, place, interaction of the moment it entered our sphere. You have to decide if it brings you light, peace, and joy, or if it's holding negative energy which could be keeping you stuck in your past.
