In this episode, Alisa takes us on her incredible journey from a career in law to a life of healing through whole food, and plant-based living. She opens up about battling severe rheumatoid arthritis, how food went from being her poison to her medicine, and the freedom she found when she let go of what no longer served her. This episode is for anyone looking to reclaim their power, step into true vitality, and break free from the patterns holding them back.

Alisa UF Davis is the founder of Fun, Fierce, and Unfuckwithable, a movement and coaching platform dedicated to guiding women back to their power, realigning them with their true essence, and helping them embody resilience. Through the Ultimate Freedom Experience, Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, Human Design, and deep inner work, she provides transformational experiences that create lasting shifts. Her mission is to empower women to remember, be, and embody their unfuckwithable self—fully, unapologetically, and unf**wthably.

[00:01 - 03:11] The Health Crisis That Sparked a Change

Alisa was diagnosed with severe rheumatoid arthritis at age 37.
Despite trying traditional and alternative treatments, nothing worked.
A medical intuitive suggested food was at the core of her illness.
She took a leap of faith and switched to a whole food, plant-based diet.

[03:12 - 05:03] Food as Medicine: The Transformation Begins

The first two weeks were intense: detox symptoms and withdrawal.

Slowly, her body started to heal—more energy, less pain, and mental clarity.

Within six months, her rheumatoid arthritis was gone.

Her body’s healing led to a bigger awakening about her life’s true purpose.

[05:04 - 10:08] Awakening to a New Path: From Law to Living Fully

Alisa realized her legal career had drained her, physically and emotionally.

With her health restored, she left the law and embraced a new, freer life.
