We didn't work in the same department but my role meant that we would often cross paths. We would have long conversations, I learned a lot about his approach to team management and how he actively created a positive team culture. He is a true champion of his people. He has a leadership style that creates high levels of engagement and delivers impressive outcomes. There is so much to be learned from his style and his philosphy.
