He believes that good health is the foundation of good performance in every area of your life. And his goal is to help people develop sustainable health practices that improve their quality of life in the middle of a busy world.
He couples health and wellbeing science with behavioral science to drive sustainable improvement.
He lives with his two young boys and his high performing life. The juggle of multiple priorities means that he gets to be his own testing ground for his work.
