As always, I want to remind you to take anything the seditious traitor says with as massive a piece of salt as possible. What he says is almost always the exact opposite of the truth. So his grand sounding titles are the opposite of the truth. Also, there is a definite thread in some of these titles that has to do with trying to assert a more alpha masculine energy or something. It's definitely pathetic and not at all alpha male. Sad!
If you want to read the EOs, you can go to https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/ and look there. If this doesn't work for you, follow these steps:
[1] Go to https://www.whitehouse.gov and click on the two lines in the upper left hand corner.
[2] Click on "News" and then on "Presidential Actions".
