Maria released a book in October 2019 entitled Small Brewery Finance: Accounting Principles and Planning for the Craft Brewer. She is a Certified Practising Accountant and taught in the University of Vermont’s Business of Craft Beer Program in the area of finance.
The lessons for small breweries about understanding the financials of their brewery couldn’t be more important than they are today.
