So, um, it was an off week this week and, um, I'm so glad that I found my, my girlsbecause everybody was like, what the flip do I do with myself?
Like everybody, did you feel that way?
Yeah, it's just a weird feeling because you have the anticipation of the race throughoutthe week.

You get to watch, there's more press, there's more podcasts, there's more little tweetscoming out.
And it was just ghost town this week.
It's something to look forward to.
And then you get to Saturday, you're so used to being in your rhythm with Supercrossqualifying, Motocross.
And it's just like, there's nothing.
You literally feel empty.
And I think it just starts with that Monday of like, there's nothing to look forward tothis weekend.

You know, it's an off week.
So it felt really weird and we haven't had one in a while.
So.
Yeah, I guess the last one would have been uh Supercross, which usually is Easter, butwasn't this year.
Like was off a week or something like that.
can't remember, but.
Easter was early this year.

I can't remember.

That's a grueling schedule.
I will say about the off weekends.
I love to see like what the writers do with their off weekends.
So Hayden Deegan, like I'm looking at you and you're like house parties in California.

Um, someone had mentioned that chase is basically milking his contract, legally.
So, you know, you can't, you can't fault the guy.
He's, he's not trying to like break a contract, but basically he has X number of racesthat he has to attend sequentially.
And this person was saying, it's probably three because when he was injured, he saidbasically three races out and then he'd be back at red, but such a very specific thing to

say if you're injured.
Um, so they were saying, okay, whatever race he comes back, like say it's Southwick, thatwould actually be, you know, early if he comes back this week.
Then plus three more races, we won't see him wherever that lands us.
Um, which I think was iron man, but, yeah, interesting that chase is, um, playing hiscards this way, so to speak.
So does that, does that surprise you?

Yeah, it's kind of comes off a little bratty to me, like spoiled bratty, you know, like,just be a man and show up.
I don't know, like, I feel like it's a little crybaby ish.
It's kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
But it's one less guy Eli has to fight through.
So on that side of things, I'm good.

um The whole like switch, if we're going with the narrative that Eli is coming to KTM andChase is going to Cowie and Prado looks like trash on the Cowie.
And so we're bringing it back around.
Like it's just my head is spinning and the fact that like we don't have we don't have Elilocked down yet.

Like the end of June is crazy to me.

So I guess like we're just going to we're just going to.
YAP until October 1st because I feel like that's the only time we're going to ever hearanything definitively.

I'm saying we as like the Lawrence camp like we had Hunter on Gypsy, which I loved.
I thought it was a great episode.
I think Hunter is super well spoken.

And that's what we're putting out into the media, not the legal drama.
So I'm not saying that's real.
I'm just saying I like conspiracy theories every now and then.
But I don't know.

It was so funny and Eli's like did a double take and realized it and he just smiled andwas like kind of chuckling to himself.

So like Jet at the press conference and the corn dog, I was sent like no less than like 20times.

And I was so proud.
I was like, you guys get it.
You understand my humor.
Like Jet knew what he was doing, even if he didn't know what he was doing.
The media is going to use it.
So
I love that and yeah, I love that it got a little, you know, cheeky smile from Eli.
Anytime we can have Eli, Eli Jett and AP on the podium, now AP is probably traumatized.

He's like, no, I don't want to be on the podium.
I don't want to have to talk about Eli and pretend that I don't know anything.
So I'm good with it.
Eli has never been so smiley in a press conference unless Jett is there.
Like he adores Jett, I think.
It's true.
mean, like I said on an earlier pod, like I think that jet is the best thing for Eli'scareer right now because one, he's challenging him.

Like he is the last frontier of things that Eli has to tackle.
And two, he's super doofy.
Like he's, he's just, he's a kid.
mean, Hunter talked about it on gypsy that like, you know, jet is this multimillionaireand literally just carries all of the like impulse buys by the register.

Jett going up to Hymas to check on him after he wrecked.

I do think like even with the video, the hard R video, I mean, like I'm not excusing whathe said.
I'm not excusing the behavior, but like also like it's it's Dodo.

Like I'm not giving him a pass, but like, I don't know.
Happy Jet, Happy Jet seems very unfiltered and I like it.
I think when we got buttoned up Jet, like what, two years ago is when they really wentbuttoned up.

was disingenuous because it wasn't him and Hunter also said in Gypsy Tales that Hunter islike a best man's speech that doesn't go well.
Like he means well, but it just doesn't come out right.

uh Somebody said something the other day, somebody being sassy and my DMs about math orwhatever.

And I was like, I'm sorry, I don't have big brain math.
And then they didn't get it either.
And I was like, man, you're being mean and you didn't get my Jet Kenney reference.
Like that sucks.
So other things about Jet this week.
uh You would, you would mention uh Jet getting stuck in the rain on the golf course.
Yeah, because I watched it and I was like, oh, I'm not surprised at all.

And then you posted and you're like, this is so on brand.
And I feel like I get annoying.
So I'm always like replying to your stories.
So I decided to sit that one out.
But I'm like, yes, Ali, like you get it.

These are our girlies.
I've had a number of people recently who are like helping me super sleuth out some thingslike we're in talking about was Hayden Deegan party this weekend.

Like we're going to get there.
other notable things, Ryan Hughes, Rhino, not not our Ryan Hughes of pro circuit,Kawasaki, time, astral mechanic, but Rhino visited the Tomac ranch.
So we got all the questions.
That was funny is early in the day I asked Derek, said, do you think Eli is writing today?
Because these are just the weird random things that pop into my head.

And then sure enough that Rhino posted that video.
And I'm like, wow, like, I really wonder how that went down.
Did they, is he good at starts?
Like I meant to look this up, but is he there helping Eli with starts?
Why was there another KTM there?
Who are those lucky people who just get to go ride with Eli at his track?
Yeah.
Who I saw somebody tagged whoever the other KTM writer.

It was a, it was a GP guy.
my gosh.
This is going to drive me nuts now that I can't see it, but everybody, everybody'sscreaming like, it was this person, but whatever it was, it was a GP person.
I hope he's helping Eli with starts because if he like it, get his starts locked in, likewe'd have a real championship on our hands.
Yeah, it's terrible.

Poor little Eli, he just can't figure them out.
I know, I know, but also up against the Hondas.
Like I just, I don't know.
mean, AP, AP had a couple of good ones.
Also, you want to talk about chase?
Like if he's trying to say like, I'm waiting on the bike to get better.

Which also, I was checking the point standings for SMX.

Cooper Webb is at 465.
Behind that is Justin Cooper in second.
He's 36 points back.
And then behind that is AP with 54 points.
I mean, Cooper, yes, Cooper Webb we know is not an outdoor specialist.
And I think he's also probably got championship fatigue.
So I would assume that Cooper would probably drop.
But J.Coupe, I mean, if he can make the hot laps transfer.

I mean, AP is going to be potentially the first seed into SMX because after that it'schase and chase ain't getting no points outdoors or not many.
Yeah, but see, this is what I said about CooperWeb in the beginning.
Like everyone was saying, he's going to do so much better in outdoors this year.
He's starting prep early.
And I said, of our very first podcasts, said for outdoors, you either have it or youdon't.

I think he could have it, but also like I'm not faulting the guy for having likechampionship fatigue.

We love him.
It just made me fall in love with him even more.
Like seeing him in my hometown at like the Publix that I used to shop at.
Also, I would have pooped a brick if I ran into Jason McAlpine and Cole Davies at Publixin Tallahassee.
I would have fainted on the floor.

But, um, my gosh, like so many funny one-liners.
We might have to do a part two because it was just, it was so good.

Even Eli has one and when he was in his townhouse when he just became pro.

really what I remember, you know, I can't tell you what happened at a certain race, but Ican, I always remember the fun videos I would watch when they would do those specials.
They need to do those more and they should put Jason in charge.

Honestly, I think that Jace is becoming the voice of the sport right now for me.

Honestly, you know there there are other females in the sport who have Dated I'm gonna saydated Multiple writers, you know, like of course there are women who um enjoy multiple
