Todays lesson in my daily lessons is about the power of decision being ours. For the purpose of this quick show I want to talk about choosing to replace thoughts.

Meditation is a time for me to find a home to clear my mind and be still. To practice peace and to spend time in the eternal.

Its yard for many buyers searching for a home to find one. The competition in the Minnesota Real Estate market is especially fierce in the first time buyer price range. Inventory is low and demand is strong. But that does not mean to give up your search.

Do you monitor your thoughts? Or Guard your thoughts? Which thoughts do you believe?

I am near the end of doing #75Hard Challenge Phase 3 and today I am sharing how I tie this challenge into real estate multiple ways.

It is important to realize we have defenses against the truth. Basically these can keep us from the full experience of goodness we are meant to have. I have talked about many of them in the past but hearing these as defenses against truth could help you.

One of my most used and a great value for a real estate app is the OnX hunt app. I do a lot of land sales so I am using it all the time. But it can be used for any parcel.

I am someone who will normally hire someone with more expertise then me to do most anything. Today I think I am losing the battle with my pressure release valve on my water heater which brought this topic up overall for many real estate situations. 

We are more and more doing our very best to make the best use of our time. So part of that is pointing out to buyers things on a listing they request to see and asking if its still worth seeing it for example. You should value your time even more too.

The promises of God are available for everyone but it seems we often bypass them for the illusions of this world. Today I am going to list some of the promises from my Course in Miracle notes.

Often we will follow up with potential clients and if someone is not ready to make a move they are waiting for something. Sometimes it could be work related. Sometimes its world politics or economy related. It could be many things and here is what could the problem with waiting.

Its raining a lot the last 3 days in Minnesota and one of the best ways to see if the basement gets wet is to look at a home during a heavy Spring Rain. Another way is simple look at the real estate disclosures.

The market is very active now in much of the extended twin cities metro area. There still is limited inventory and multiple offers. When you go further out to Rural MN the market moves at a solid pace, but some of the higher price properties are sitting on the market.
