He'll talk about where the concept of Real with Ric came from and his first trip away with his brother, where he learned very quickly that wherever you go, your grief goes with you.
Ric will discuss how he focused his energy into running. He then set himself the challenge of running a half & full marathon in memory of his wife Jade. Ric generously donated the money he raised to different charities, as he began to slowly make strides forward.
