Nicole is a Mom of three, a Pilates instructor & NASM certified personal trainer. She is on a mission to empower and inspire women but most importantly moms who feel like they have lost their identity raising their babies or lost in their way trying to navigate a low-maintenance healthy lifestyle. Nicole and Britt discuss hardships and working through them, moving during the pandemic, child illness, the loss of a child, and traveling/living in a renovated RV as a family. We talk about what journaling has done for Nicole, and tips for finding yourself again after becoming a spouse and/or parent.
