Rekindling Ancient Wisdom

Rekindling Ancient Wisdom

Rekindling Ancient Wisdom is a weekly podcast that aims to show people from all walks of life ways to find their Truth and heal their energetic blueprint so they can live a life of Transformation and Freedom. I am JeanAnn SaintGrace, a modern mystic and medium. Being a medium, I not only communicate with those who have passed, but also with an individual’s higher self so I’m able to help guide people to the revelation of their life’s Passion and Purpose. One of my goals in life is to help others break free of roles and programs, and remember who they are meant to be. There is so much I want to share with people, so each week will be filled with stories from different ancestral traditions, modalities to aid in healing Mind, Body and Spirit, witnessing the healing journeys of others, and discussions of ways to find everyone’s individual Truth. My hope is that I’m able to expand people’s thinking and show them a way to break the chains of modern society so they are able to define success through their own lens in a way that makes sense to their authentic selves. So join me as we search through the past for ways to the future, living Heaven on Earth. How much has the shift in gender roles impacted the relationships between men and women? How do women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s feel as they experience a change in masculine energy they once relied on into its feminine version?

In this episode, I invite you to join me at the virtual campfire to discuss the evolution of the sacred feminine, what it used to be, what we made of it, and the impact of toxic ...

Do you feel you have less time to get things done? Do things affect you more intensely than before?

Time is a construct, but it is also not a constant. Right now, the world is moving at a higher pace. That is why we feel our days are shorter because they are; we are operating on 18-hour days, and that also explains why things feel more intense.

Today, we sit at the virtual campfire to disc...

"Fear robs us of so much. Fear robs us of experiences. Fear robs us of joy. Fear robs us of our energy, and if we can start talking about the true nature of death, then we will alleviate these fears. We will start seeing passing with a lot more grace."

This week, on the second part of the conversation about death and the afterlife, I invite you to join me as we go deeper into how we can help our loved ones...

"We need to return to these teachings of learning how to release a soul from a body. Choosing a path where it's a process that isn't painful or filled with struggle and suffering and is more, in a way, like stepping off of a bus."

Today, we meet at the virtual campfire right before the seventh anniversary of my husband's passing. Seven years ago, a new cycle began, and as I see it coming to an end, I reali...

Every person who crosses our path does it to teach us something, and we must be grateful to them for that. Even those who hurt us the most? Especially those who hurt us the most.

In this episode, our conversation at the virtual campfire revolves around the challenges of deception and authenticity in personal relationships and the freedom to follow our true call and liberate ourselves from what anybody thin...

"We're electric. So when we go out there and touch the ground, Mother Earth, it helps to ground you. It helps to release all that electricity and whatever that's going on that we build up. It helps to heal our bodies." - Tina Zufelt.

This week, we go through the second part of our two-part series interview with Tina Zufelt. In the first part of our conversation, we learned about Tina's spiritual journey, w...

"If you find flowers, cut them. You don't pull it by the roots. You cut the flower, offer a bit of tobacco, and say: Thank you. And as you go around, you ask; you don't just take, you ask. Ask and drop your offering. Only take a few of each thing that you're taking. If it's something on the ground, like a pine cone, I feel like everything has an energy, everything is alive, you still ask, even if it is a rock." - Tina ...

Not so long ago, I heard a comment that simply put, hit me wrong; it created a grueling discomfort that stuck and I couldn't shake off for days. Talking about it with a very close, intuitive friend, she revealed something I certainly wasn't expecting: "You have a Voodoo curse in your family."

In today's episode, our conversation at the virtual campfire revolves around curses, hexes, traumas from past lives...

In the mid-90s, Dr. Masaru Emoto conducted an experiment to prove water's "skill" to transport words' vibrations. The results were remarkable: he observed high-vibration words like love or gratitude formed beautiful patterns on frozen water and low-vibration words like war or hate did the opposite.

How do words affect a body that is 70% water, then?

In today's episode, in another soul-to-soul ...

How ready do you feel to be open about the things you hide in the shadows?

In today's episode, we settle our virtual campfire right in the middle of the minefield that represents our triggers. A lot has happened in April of 2024, both from an astrological and an energetic perspective. The full solar eclipse felt like the end of a chapter and the beginning of a new one, and it awakened several truths about...

Do you feel you never get everything done regardless of how much you rush things? Doesn't it feel like time has been sped up?

In today's solo episode, we sit around the virtual campfire and, more than ever, pause to discuss time: our finite and most crucial resource. The last couple of centuries have led humanity to believe things like "life's too short" or "you'll rest when you die." Those beliefs proved ...

Humankind and animals' symbiosis is as old as the world itself. People and animals' lives have been intertwined since day one, from satiating each other's food needs to teaming up to hunt or farm, so it'll be wild to think our spiritual lives aren't linked.

In this solo episode, we explore animals' spiritual journeys, their role in the spiritual realm, their purpose, and the magic they produce in our live...

We cannot choose Freedom; we can free ourselves from the things that stand between us and it, yet it'll come in its own time. As Richard Ruud says, it is all about living as humans with its trappings and trimmings, and from within that our Freedom will arise.

In this solo episode, the virtual campfire finds us discussing the victimization/freedom relationship from the 55th Gene Key's unique perspective, tr...

"Our inner compass is our truth. It might look bad from the outside, but if we are being directed in this place in our souls and hearts, then that's where we should go, and it's no one else's business."

In today's solo episode, I invite you to join me around the virtual campfire to have a conversation about the uniqueness of the spiritual journey and its different layers, practical ways to develop psychic ...

"The more we hold on to that paradigm of globalism and governance, the more we will find ourselves in pain in the years ahead. Yet the more we allow individual freedom, expression, and voices to be heard without feeling threatened, the more we will move forward in a sustainable, rich way for our future." - David Chitara.

In this episode, I'm thrilled to be joined by David Chitara to discuss what we can exp...

"The polarity of light and dark have to coexist, and we can't abolish one; we must embrace it. We must look at the dark side, love it, and say: Well, thank you for showing me these things about myself and others. It's a learning experience. And it's part of learning who we truly are."

In today's episode, the first of 2024, I invite you to look at New Year's resolutions differently, from how you choose to k...

"Why am I so passionate about this? As we get to know ourselves more honestly and walk through the world in our authenticity, we're making ourselves happy in a resourceful way and understanding others better. Create less conflict, be out of suffering, and be in these higher-level expressions. That's what it takes to raise our vibration to look at the world with gratitude and grace. So, knowing ourselves better makes us...

"The Holiday season is about allowance. It's about grace, about ease. So why create conflict? It is not a natural state; harmony is so much better. Harmony is so much more enjoyable. It's this place of being rather than acting or pushing or forcing. Give the gift of being to everyone, be in flow and allowance, and let people give what they can."

Today's episode is also one of those in which it is just you ...

"I just want people to know how magical and wonderful they are. You don't have to live here and be suffering years on end. Have some fun here, in this body, in this lifetime. We're eternal; we'll have other lifetimes, so it doesn't all have to get done in this one." - Dr. JP Wilkinson.

In this episode, Dr. JP Wilkinson joins the virtual campfire to discuss healing the body from a holistic healthcare perspe...
