Rich talks about how bought too many rentals when he got started in real estate. His rentals were costing him more than he expected. He had too many repairs, and issues with tenants not paying. He figured out that half his rentals were causing the majority of his problems. He decided to sell off half of his portfolio. Today he has a much smaller portfolio that is easier to manage and way more profitable. Today, his smaller portfolio generates enough cash flow to support him and his family.
