Happy New Year! This time of year is such a fun time of gift giving and celebration with the people that we love, so today we thought it would be timely to share our perspectives on this timely topic. Gift giving looks different for everybody, and is very personal, so we hope that what we share today helps you be more intentional when giving, and receiving, gifts!
Movement is medicine, and we all know we need to move more, which is why we’re introducing #MOVE365. We may have gotten out of the habit over the past 2-3 years as we’ve worked from home and stayed in more (thanks pandemic!) But it’s time to get moving.
We’re not “New Year’s resolution” people, but we do love the energy that comes with the start of a new year. So for all of 2023, we’re committing to moving EVERY day. Some days will be more strenuous, others will be rest days where we’ll still move, even if just going for a walk or playing outside. Most of all, we can all find a little more fun as we build more movement into our lives!
