The only true, proper, spiritual worship or service that God expects and demands from you is to present your body to Him as a living and holy sacrifice.
Paul writes, "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God - this your true and proper worship." (Rom. 12:1 NIV).
