On today's episode I'm joined by RNTer Sohan, who was shocked when he completed a DEXA scan in the middle of 2023. He had no idea how high his body fat had gotten.
A highly demanding travel schedule for his work meant that: 1) Time was limited. 2) He never knew what choices to make when on the go.
The DEXA was the wake up call Sohan needed. Because he wanted to feel good about himself inside and out. That's when he stumbled across RNT after hearing about us from a friend.
With the RNT Method, Sohan realised he could lose weight, travel and maintain his work schedule with ease. He started eating and training to create a lean physique that he'd always dreamed of.
