Reemi’s life completely changed after the shocking news of her parent’s terminal illnesses. She put in all of her efforts to care for them without a second thought.
After spending so much time looking after them, Reemi realised she was neglecting herself. So she decided to focus on her health for once, and joined RNT!
Her goal was to get strong, break free from years of emotional eating and find real progression in her fitness. Despite weight training for years, she didn’t see any results.
