DJ Chuck T is a legendary figure in the Carolina Hip-Hop scene. Starting as a recording artist in 1998, he gained early recognition with his debut album "843 Baller" and collaborated with Southern icons like Pastor Troy and Three Six Mafia. After transitioning to DJing, he became a mixtape sensation, with features in major magazines and appearances on BET and MTV. Over 20+ years, DJ Chuck T has won over 35 awards, produced influential mixtapes, and helped artists like DaBaby and Young Dolph rise to stardom. He founded The Foundation of Music in 2019, teaching aspiring artists, and made history in 2021 by hosting the NBA’s first Music Industry Night for the Charlotte Hornets. Recently inducted into the "Who's Who in Black Charlotte" Hall of Fame, Chuck T continues to shape the music industry while mentoring the next generation.
