Why we ask the questions we ask – Chris Boyd and Jeff Perry
explain why financial advisors ask so many questions. Many of the questions may not
seem relevant to the creation of a financial plan. The conversation starts with the first
meeting which Chris calls the "getting to know you meeting" and follow up document
gathering. Subjects covered include a wide variety of financial planning topics, goal
setting and how one's goals should drive one's financial plans. Chris and Jeff discuss
why questions about your health, family situations, and where you live are important to
the creation of a successful financial plan. Chris and Jeff also remind listeners of the
