Happy New Year everyone!
I'm elated to kick off this year with a deep dive conversation with my husband, JP Sears. It's hard to believe we are parents now! I gave birth to our son Wilder a few weeks back, so we took the airwaves to chat about the challenges, the joys, and the greatest lessons we've learned thus far.
My sleep deprivation is real at this point, but I do my best to share my birth story for those who've been curious about my natural home birth experience.
JP and I also share some goals and intentions for 2021 within this episode, as well as our opinions and perspectives on current events around the world.
