17-årige Sebastian Lörstad har i år sprungit 5 km på 13.36 och 3000 meter på 7.54 vilket är den näst bästa U18-tiden någonsin i Europa på distansen. Förra veckan vann han 3000m-loppet på EYOF (European Youth Olympic Festival) fullkomligt överlägset på 8.03 i 42-gradig hetta. Han är dessutom ungefär lika bra på cello som på löpning och har uppträtt i Royal Albert Hall. Hur blir man bäst på allt, vad är planerna framöver och varför är crosstrainer viktigare än distanslöpning?
John har rest till Italien och fått tillbaka löplusten i de platta pinjeskogarna. Han har gjort sin första tiomilavecka sedan slaget vid Brunkeberg.
