Isabelle Wettergren is a 20-year veteran teacher, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and a certified Addiction Awareness Facilitator. She is also the Founder of Teachers’ Wellness Coaching & Consulting, which supports educators in their journey toward self care and mental wellbeing.
In addition to this, Isabelle is the Lead Wellness Champion Coordinator & Physical Education Specialist/Department Chair for the San Leandro Unified School District. Her mission is to raise awareness and break the stigma associated with mental illness and addiction in the workplace.
