Jen Glantz has always known that she wanted to be a writer; what she didn't know that she would end up a bridesmaid, always. In 2014, after being in the weddings for several of her friends, Jen decided to go pro, and launched her unconventional business -- Bridesmaid for Hire -- which helps brides get down the aisle with the peace of mind of knowing someone is there (along with their bridal party) to help them no matter what kind of bridezilla moment they may have. Since the launch of the company, Jen has worked with more than 50 brides and has told her story to more than 500 press outlets, including the Today show, Bravo, Good Morning America, Nightline, New York magazine, Glamour, People and Elle.

As Jen now prepares to fulfill the longtime dream of release her debut book, Always a Bridesmaid (for Hire), she chats with the Support is Sexy podcast about believing in your business in spite of the doubters (even when those doubters confront you on-air), how to move the needle with media coverage, and how to use failure and rejection to your advantage

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
