(01:05):
Hi friends back again.
Vinnie Chopra and Bo Stein coming.
You live will be live.
We record it and then the nextweek we come out to you when
all the things are taken out andreally emphasized in editing.
But let's talk about today'stopic is amazing, W2 to Wealth.
(01:25):
How can people reallyescape the paycheck trap?
In 20, 25, 26 by having sidehustles, franchising, investments,
passive incomes, all kind of things.
So we are gonna have agreat show today for you.
Please like it and share withothers and give us five strategies.
Bo, how are you brother?
(01:47):
I am excellent, Stan.
Extremely busy in this Las Vegas heat.
It's, I know.
Hot, hot.
Today.
Today.
I walked outside it like.
Four in the morning.
I was taking my dog for a walkand it was actually not hot.
And I was like, ah.
because like early mornings youhave, when you live in Vegas, you
have to be an early morning personbecause that's when I do everything,
go to the gym, and then I work yes.
In my air conditioning all day.
(02:08):
But things are going well.
We're staying extremely busy on our team.
We're growing.
Yeah.
And we're applying all the thingswe talk about on this show.
Leverage stacking skills.
Right getting the right people on yourteam, and so I'm excited to dive in today.
Yes, and the beauty is thatboth of us are sharing the hacks
that we use in our businesses.
(02:30):
like you said, SEO person, Ihired Moin, he's increased my
YouTube, my 300%, my viewers.
Which were like getting these, shorts and drills, five views,
seven views, 500 views, 792 views.
So it's amazing how importantit is to do the SEOs.
(02:51):
We were just chatting about it,but the biggest thing we are gonna
talk about is the go high level.
I know I've been using it for threeyears now, and you just got into it.
Talk about that.
I know in one show we talkedabout what can you do by just.
Leveraging the power of automationsand funnels and everything.
(03:14):
Yeah.
So I've been using it forabout a year, but it was a
financial white label version.
Now I'm building my own version of it.
Okay.
and I hired somebody, thatstarted last week or actually
started this Monday on the 21st.
and she's building out everythingand we're dialing in systems.
because if you can systematizeall of your business.
(03:34):
Yeah.
I also got, it's AI voice.
It's a plugin through Go high level.
Yes.
So now when people call, they get myAI and the ai, hi, thanks for calling.
Are you calling for an SBA loan?
I'm interested in buying a business.
Okay.
Boom.
It'll route 'em to the right calendar tobook the, it'll book the call for them.
(03:54):
I love it.
it, look, I wasn't having anybodybesides myself answer calls or, we have
a voiceover IP text, SMM plus platform.
Yep.
But now we have this AI voice, Soit's gonna be handling so much more.
So yeah, you're growing and I stillgrow with manpower as well as tech.
Because Yes, you're putting them together.
(04:16):
And you're elevating how many people, how many more people did I get involved
or did I get in front of today?
'cause your, VA optimizedyour shorts, right?
You went from seven people watchingyour stuff to 800 or whatever.
So you're trying to create thatflywheel effect and have more
impressions out in the ecosystem.
(04:38):
And the more you could do that.
And then I also think there's also, What Ifound recently, I've always thought about
this, but I look for niches in my niche.
So what are the niches in my niche?
for example, Vinney, I close dealsthat are called SBA para pursue.
It means it's an SBA loanwith a conventional loan.
(04:59):
And so I, I saw that there was anopportunity to own that real estate.
What do I mean by that?
I saw there's a great opportunity to ownGoogle ranking organically through SEO.
So I'm building A website that'sgonna rank for those keywords.
And what does that mean?
just an idea is every deal I would closein general on that, from that website
(05:21):
would be about $50,000 of revenue.
So if I got lot, evenif I got one deal Yeah.
Out of that website in a year, mycost might be a thousand dollars.
I make 50.
But what if I get five deals off ofthat and what's the lifetime value?
Because those Yes.
Borrowers are gonna comeback for more eventually.
Yes.
Yes.
(05:42):
So I'm building digital real estatealongside my organic stuff like YouTube,
and I think that's a powerful strategy.
And so the only, we all getconstraints in our business.
So you have to figure outwhat constraint you have.
And then eliminate.
So that's what got go high level is doing.
It's eliminating go, constraintsso I can grow and grow.
And it's not me digging.
(06:03):
I'm not digging the ditch.
It's somebody else isdigging the ditches for me.
And I became, I love
that.
Hi friends, this is Vinny Choprafrom here in Danville, California,
and you might be saying, Hey,Vinny, what are these over here?
You know, I wrote this book a fewyears back, Apartment Syndication
Made Easy, it became top seller.
(06:24):
I came from India with 7 in my pocket.
It says 500 million.
It's going to be 1 billionvery soon, very soon.
I'm right at about 850, 900 million.
It's And then I'm readyfor the next billion.
Actually, you will see thathappening two billion in this book.
Also, the other book I wrote, which has been a very big
(06:44):
positivity has been my life.
Always, always.
I've been married 43years with two children.
And the beauty is to be positive.
The mindset that can take youto all the places in the world.
And that's the book that also.
Became big, big seller.
My third book, SeniorAssisted Living is coming.
So do yourself a favor, go aheadand click the link below to get free
(07:08):
copies, audio copies of these books, even printed copies of these books.
If you, I'm a print in meansdigital, if you can't afford it,
but I would highly recommend foryou to get these or go to amazon.
com.
Just go to Amazon.
I got it in soft cover and hard cover.
In Kindle, in audio, alsothe Spanish version of this.
(07:30):
Oh, this book also.
So let's crush it, guys.
I know you can be successful.
I know you can do the kind of thingsthat you want to do in life and have
the streams of income and know how toreally, you know, educate yourself so
that you could become a strong, strongforce in this world in real estate.
(07:50):
I know you can.
So take that step.
Don't just be on the sideline.
Take charge of your life.
Take charge of your education.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Have you gone to asymphony, like a symphony?
And there's the orchestrator, right?
Dude or whatever they call it.
Yes.
We
need to be the orchestrators.
they're moving their fingers andthey've got a hundred people playing
this beautiful percussion or whatever.
(08:13):
Yes.
So be the orchestratorand that is my goal.
I love that.
I love that.
lot of us have the tendency, I don'twant to invest money into assistance.
I don't want to investmoney into marketing.
I don't want to invest moneyinto, building the systems.
And that is the policy.
Because a lot of times peoplewho are talking about that are
(08:34):
the limiting beliefs and theyare not able to progress faster.
In this age.
Where we are now, digitallypresence is so important.
And making those impressions andmaking sure that the SEOs are
done, which I've seen in my life.
I've spent so much money you havetoo, over the last many years.
Unless the pages rank, the websitesrank, how would people know about it?
(09:00):
So I hope everybody listening tous really take that into heart, get
somebody to do the SEOs, even thougha lot of time people say, oh, it's
a very expensive, to do SEO with thewords and sentences, blah, blah, blah.
But that's okay.
But hire somebody who really isgreat at it, and there are so
many professionals, who will getit organically starting doing it,
(09:23):
Yeah.
when you make, yeah.
When you make, sorry to interrupt you, when you make any, investment, right?
So I look at this, I go, okay, we'regonna invest in an additional virtual
team member, and we're gonna, yeah.
so the next hire I do.
Is, is like an SEO content person.
So they're gonna be writing and they'regonna, their skill sets are, they know
how to do all the things that yourcontent will be ranked in search for.
(09:47):
And then on top of that, there'salso a, effective techniques.
So you're, found not only in Googlesearch, but in AI search, right?
Search anywhere, as they callit, or whatever they call it.
So that's the right, sowe know it's changing.
Now more people are going on to chat.
GPT.
And perplexity in thesetypes of, AI platforms.
(10:07):
So how, when somebody types in who is thebest SBA loan broker, how do I get found?
So putting that plan together inyour content, ecosystem, and I
think the real thing that I learnedin the last 24 months is leverage.
Leverage.
We've talked about it over and over again.
Yes.
Leverage is the key.
If I found a, if I wanna, ifI do SBA loans as a broker,
(10:33):
okay, that's my business.
Now how can I get, how canI get a lot of leverage?
You start thinking about thingsin a different perspective.
Yeah.
what if I get onto, co,I'm gonna use Cody Sanchez.
She's got millions of views andshe talks about buying businesses.
I get on her podcast.
I call that audience servants, right?
That is how you can makehuge leverage points.
(10:53):
So think about your businessor your future business.
How can you put these leveragepoints into your business and
really scale, really grow?
Yeah.
That's what we gotta bethinking about today.
Dr. Cini, who wrote the book, about, ethical persuasion, right?
he says, he says that you wanna focus onsmall bigs, and a small big is basically.
(11:15):
It.
That's basically leverage.
Essentially, what are the, whatis the smallest thing I can
do to get the biggest result?
So think about that every nightbefore bed, and the next day you
wake up and go, what's the small big?
If for example, let's look at Vinney.
If Vinney's Hey, I got another $2million to raise on this hotel.
What is that small, big he can do today?
(11:36):
He can reach out to oneof his best investors.
that has a huge network of highnet worth people that Vinney
does not know and say, Hey.
Yeah, I'll make his name.
His name's Sal.
Hey Sal.
Yeah, it's Vinney here.
I I want to just thank youfor, putting $500,000 into this
deal that we're closing on.
I've got a couple open, seatsleft in this investment.
Now, do you know anybody in your ecosystemthat's looking for a great tax write off?
(11:59):
Yes, because I'd rather, I know you, you've been with me for 20 years.
Yeah.
Vinney, actually I do, I'vegot my friend, Jasper, who I
was talking to yesterday, boom.
That is a small big, because you'renot like doing cold outreach.
You're doing like No.
A high leveraged activity.
We did.
That's right.
Because you knew he hada big network of, yeah.
Fellow doctors that all have multimillionsof dollars that are all looking for.
(12:23):
Tax advantage investments.
Yes, so
true.
So true.
that's the beauty of it.
And today we are talkingabout like W2 two wealth.
It comes when we shift ourmindset to being an owner mindset.
how we can really put our, we gettrapped, we get into shackles, I say,
(12:44):
or golden, handshakes and all thatwith the high paying but no freedom.
I think by pursuing our energy into aside hustle, it's so great to really,
your side hustle could be just to makesure you're investing money with the
right operators, right syndicators, which can bring while you sleep, cash
(13:07):
flow to you and the upside also so thatsomebody else is doing the work and you
are getting, making your money grow.
Yeah.
And if you don't, if you're like,Hey, I've always been an, an employee.
Yeah.
first thing you might, beforeyou start the side hustle might
be what we call stacking skills.
You start learning.
Yeah.
What can I learn that Ican create into a business?
Okay, cool.
Yeah.
I, I am really good indetail or oriented, great.
(13:31):
maybe starting a bookkeeping business.
And then you could just, yeah.
how do I get educated?
Oh, I could take a little course onlineand learn how to start a profitable.
bookkeeping business, right?
It's as simple as that.
But you have to take the steps, stack skills, and then you
continue to stack the skills.
And that's why I think people thatcontinue to learn never die, right?
you only die when you close the book.
(13:53):
So I never wanna close the book, right?
Benny, you're in your, you're in your seventies.
You could easily just gosit on a beach, right?
And say, Hey, I've got enough to last me.
I'm good.
live a very nice life.
But if you did that.
you probably wouldn't live as long.
Let's face it, if you'renot passionate, I won't.
You got it?
Yeah.
Yeah, you gotta,
it's so important that wereally have that mission of
(14:15):
volunteering and getting involved.
Like my wife and I are thinking, how can we be in more social clubs,
more interactions and have repeatevery month so that we look forward
to 5, 6, 7 different meetings thatwe'll do so that it can stimulate
us socially and really enjoy life.
(14:38):
And also at the same token, when I'mthere in my office, in my, studio, I'm
there present, I want to be as effectiveand as motivated because I know I'll
wither away if I didn't really have.
These special conversations with investorsand purchases and sales, all those things,
(15:01):
because you don't want to become whereyou're watching tv and just because empty
mind is devil's workshop, that's thebiggest thing you think about so many
negative things, mind just blows out aproportion and hundred, 80% of those.
Bad things never happen, but minegets contaminated and that just
(15:25):
hurts us, health wise, everything, spirit wise, all that stuff.
Yeah, that's very true.
ultimately, if you are in a positionright now, and some people are very
wealthy and they're W2 employees, right?
There's wealthy people.
Yep.
Yep.
But if you are somebody watchingthis right now and you're like,
look, I watched Vinnie and Beau, they've got all this energy.
(15:45):
Yeah.
Like how did they do it?
And I could tell you what it wasn't like.
It wasn't that we were special.
No.
Yeah.
and I'm, I'm still got a long way togo on my, but I can still, now what
I can do is I'm climbing this summit.
I can look down and I can say, yeah, I've come a long way.
And Vinney's a little bit fartheralong on the summit, right?
And he can look down and say,Hey Bo, you're coming along.
(16:06):
Keep on going, right?
Yes.
But Vinney still hasa summit to climb too.
So you guys are just startingon the baseline, right?
You're on the baseline of thesummit and you're saying, oh
my God, this is overwhelming.
Of course it is.
But if you stack skills and you take,if you move the needle one 1% a day, all
of a sudden you're gonna be like, wow,I can't believe I did 10 miles today.
I can't, I've never walked 10 miles.
(16:27):
And it's very achievable.
So build those calluses notonly on your hands from doing
pull-ups, but in your mind, right?
You gotta build those calluses.
And if you do not, if you keepgoing, you won't lose, right?
You might have some, you might fall down, you get, might get punched in the face.
You will not lose ifyou keep moving forward.
You'll have setbacks.
I do.
Of course we all do.
(16:47):
But you gotta keep moving.
We all do.
Yeah, we all do.
And you said it's so right.
bo it's not your competition.
It's not somebody who'sdoing better or whatever.
It's you, it's us.
If we can improve incrementally, like you said, 1% every day.
That's 365% for the year.
(17:08):
That's a lot.
You'll be a different person, but you'vegotta really make that decision mindset
of plenty and abundance, and how canI grow my business, my relationships.
I say, because once you feelgood about and have optimistic
view of where we are and how wecould improve every day, this is.
(17:29):
We need, like I think Codymentioned it or something.
I was watching some, hervideo, they said fall down 1000
times, but get up 1001 times.
I thought that was tremendous becauseyou fall down, you get up, you fall down,
you get up, you fall down, you get up.
But you will really become a betterperson by getting up, not just
(17:52):
staying there for a long time.
Anyway.
We talked a lot about positivity.
We talked a lot about mindset, because that's the key.
That's the real key.
it's stacking the skillslike Brother Bo said, earning
learning, earning goes together.
But the key thing is right here.
If we don't really think we can achievea little bit better than where we are
(18:16):
today, it's going to be a defeating game.
Defeating game.
So it's very important for us tochange the mindset into more growth,
more positivity, more abundance.
I love it.
This always motivates me.
And also do stuff that motivates you.
When I meet with Vinney, himand I just get, I can see we're
just getting so motivated.
(18:37):
We're just like, all right, thisis a way to go into the weekend.
It's a way to start the Friday.
And yeah, I would just say, guys, just go out, go after it.
Go after it.
'cause you don't wanna have any regrets.
And it's I was thinking the other day,do I really wanna bring on another
team member to do SEO o I'm like.
Hey, what's the worst that's gonna happen?
I Get too many workers and Ihave to cut back some, Sorry.
(18:57):
If your editors are watching, it'snot you of course, but you have to
start growing and growing and look, there's gonna be pain points when
you're growing, but eventually you'llhave the system that you've created
and then you can, then you step backand you're watching this system go and
work without you necessarily, right?
Yes.
And that's the goal, to beable to be that orchestrator.
(19:17):
I love that.
Love that, Bo.
Thank you.
And thank you for watching us.
