In this episode I talk about new year's resolutions. Have you made yours yet?

After long contemplation I made a short list of my own. I then thought of a few more that I could benefit from. And maybe you can too!

Don't despair if you haven't made a list just yet. You still have a little over eleven months. Why are you so darn hard on yourself? Hmmm...

Without further ado..

Run into the kitchen and make yourself a hot beverage (I've been doing coffee lately), get all snuggly-wuggly and enjoy this here episode knowing that you will hear some great ideas for resolutions.
