16 Sacred Sex with Andrea Balboni

What does it feel like when you are turned on? I haven't experienced or explored today's topic enough in my own sexual relationships so I'm really excited to speak with certified sex, love, and relationship coach Andrea Balboni about sacred sex.

We as humans have such difficulty being seen and being vulnerable, so in this episode, Andrea and I discuss the value of connecting and reconnecting with a partner and some things we can do to facilitate such an experience. She shares how long it took her to master the skill of sacred sex, how long she practiced during each session, and how regularly she practiced. We also talk about using the beauty of sex and sexual energy to ground ourselves in the present and how to feel energy in your "sex center".
