While neither are formally educated in nutrition, both wanted to have a discussion about food and dive into the simple concepts about what humans are designed to consume for fuel, and the problems they predict to see in 2019 having seen the food people are putting in their bodies this past year. As physical therapists who treat patients everyday, it's a topic very relevant to them as well as one of personal interest that they try to navigate themselves on a daily basis, regarding what to eat, the effects of what's eaten, and how to clean up their diet for a better functioning body.
