My love for Houston has few limits. And I think the Houston restaurant scene can go head to head with any major food city, at least in the US.
So I tapped Bao Ong, new Houston resident and new Houston Chronicle food columnist, to talk about what Houston has to offer, how cities develop a culinary identity, and his own journey with food that's taken him from his parent's kitchen to New York City and now Houston, with fun stops in between.
