It’s not about whether others think your concerns are valid—it’s about how YOU perceive and deal with them. I’m sharing more about my postpartum recovery journey, how hormones and perimenopause play a role, and how intermittent fasting helped me when nothing else seemed to work. We need to shift our perspectives and embrace the beauty of our imperfections.
