The Good Old Boy Education Administrators

What happens when the good old boys are promoted into school administration? How do they affect the careers of their female staff and the education of female students? Although the answers are probably obvious, I will still provide an anecdote or two about my experiences working under the good old boys. Listen in as I discuss the assistant principal who referred to female teachers as bitches and nigg*&$. The story of the administrator, who uploaded photos of his buddy fondling the boobs of a female teacher, onto the school's intranet. The two male superintendents who sat by while a male teacher regaled his high school classes with proud tales of his sexual escapades (and who, by the way, is still employed as a teacher). Even in this day and age, misogyny and racism are still allowed in the offices responsible for educating children.
