An experience that led him to understand quickly the importance of treating clients well and why good service will lead to repeat business and referrals, regardless of the transaction size.

His transition from being a successful real estate agent to a management role has now led him to his passion for coaching and helping others succeed. He also shares some of his advice for new agents on how to choose the right brokerage.
