Speaker 1 (00:05):
Jai Sadama, everyone.
This is Sadhvi Sadheli Sri,here with my spiritual teacher
and guru, acharya Sri Yogish, for the 2023 Paryushan series of
Acharya Sri's podcast.
Acharya Sri is a respected, enlightened one who has helped
thousands of souls progress ontheir spiritual path and totally
transform.
Paryushan is an eight-daycelebration of the soul,
dedicated to reflection, fastingand spiritual learning.

(00:28):
Welcome to all of our newlisteners and thank you for
tuning in Paryushan.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Purve.
Today is a fifth day, and fifthday is a very important.
We always recite mantra panchparam estri namukar five.
Namo vahri henta, ayi bao tuvahri henta.
Vahri henta, hui jahri henta, who doesn't have any enemy at

(00:58):
all, the person is verydifficult to find who doesn't
have any enemy.
And they don't have any enemy.
They dissolve all the enemies.
You think your router enemy isyour enemy.

(01:19):
They are just, maybetemporarily, the real enemy.
They are the enemy.
I call them and they aresitting within you anger, ego,
jealousy, hate, violence, negativities, all the emotions.

(01:42):
They are the one who is keepingyou always in the pain,
suffering.
Vahri henta, they don't havethose enemies.
That's why they achieve thehighest state of consciousness

(02:02):
enlightenment.
I bow to them.
Why you bowing to them that Imight get all these qualities
too Every one day.
I will dissolve all theseenemies too.
It is not somebody else tellingyou, it is you feeling that,

(02:27):
yes, I want to achieve thatstate too one day.
So that is the first one.
Namo siddharang ayi bao tusiddha.
Siddha is a liberated soul, unliberated soul, totally
liberation, even liberation fromthe body too.

(02:47):
Till the body is there, you can.
Human body in human body.
Enlightenment is possible.
That's what it requires.
Only a soul gets enlightenmentwhen they have a human body,

(03:10):
because this is the biggestinstrument in the whole universe
.
Actually, it is a map of thewhole universe.
You want to know the wholeuniverse.
You know your own body.
Namo siddharang ayi bao tusiddha.

(03:32):
You are totally liberated.
Even the body is gone too, andthey are only soul, pure soul.
And soul is light, and lighterthings goes up.
So there is a siddha loka wecall it Siddha loka where all
the siddha they stop.

(03:53):
There is no way to go further.
It is the end of the universe, somewhere where there is no
dharma siddhaya anymore.
Dharma siddhaya is like eitherwhich helps us in matter which
helps us to move, can youbelieve?

(04:16):
If there is no this, it is thefull of this dharma siddhaya,
this particle they help us tomove.
If no dharma siddhaya, we callit dharma siddhaya.
Dharma siddhaya means theparticle which helps us to move,
like a fish cannot move withoutwater.

(04:38):
Those particles are like awater, like to the fish for
every living being.
So we can move, but if, can youbelieve, if there is no
opposite matter, we cannot stopthem.
There is opposite matter thatis called adharma siddhaya,
which helps us to stop In thespace.

(05:01):
There is no adharma siddhaya.
You cannot stop.
You can go on and on forever.
So till there is dharmasiddhaya to move, till they will

(05:22):
go up high, high, high whenthey got liberated from this
last body, and they will stopwhen there is no dharma siddhaya
left.
Further, there is a spacefurther.
We call it akashasthikaaya.
Akashasthikaaya means there isa akash.

(05:44):
Akash means empty space.
You can see it, but you cannotpoke even your little finger
there Because there is no dharmasiddhaya.
No material is there to helpyou to move.
That is kal siddha loka.

(06:05):
And I am going to reveal youlittle secret.
Today, everybody, every singleliving being, it is infinite
living being in this universe, they all went there.
Then why did you come back?

(06:28):
Siddha never comes back.
You went there, maybe as abacteria.
There are gases there likeoxygen or other.
Maybe you went in that way.

(06:49):
You didn't know anything aboutit.
A bacteria will not know wherethey are.
A bacteria in algae.
They have no other work to doexcept being born and die being
born and die 48 minutes in 48minutes.

(07:10):
They die thousands of times andthe being born thousands of
times.
There.
Can you believe being born anddying.
There is a cycle of pain, nomatter it is a seconds, but
there is no second for them, when non-stop suffering and pain

(07:31):
being born, being dying, beingborn dying.
So every single living being, every single soul they went to.
They touched the siddha loka, but in different form.
I hope you will touch one daythe real form.

(07:52):
Real form, we just namo siddhakaibhau to siddha.
We call it God too.
That's what people God is.
They pointed up.
Nobody pointed out down, alwaysup.
Why?
Because soul, when what is theheaviness with the soul?

(08:14):
All your karma, they are heavy.
You released from them, yougoing to, naturally going up
higher till dharma siddhaya isavailable.
That's it.
Namo siddha-langa kaibhau tosiddha.

(08:35):
Why I want to be liberated oneday.
All these qualities when you, that is the love of the universe
, whatever you think you become,if you think I want to be
siddha, I want to be siddha, Iwant to be siddha, and your

(08:57):
mantra become like that, automatically your soul will
takes the turn towards it.
But if they don't even thinkabout it, they never going to
take a turn, they will go.
As lot of efforts you have toput to go there, to reach that

(09:24):
highest peak.
Easy, what easy One day apitcher, a clay pot pitcher we
call it a pitcher.
It was full of water.
It was somebody filled up fromthe river and it was sitting

(09:46):
there.
It happened to be storm.
He couldn't move it and therewas a lot of rain in the
mountain somewhere and it wasflooded everywhere.
When the heavy rain, flood, storm, all the mudslides in the

(10:10):
river, you can see dirty water.
The soil didn't want to comewith the flood but has no choice
.
It's a mudslide, it has to flowwith it and when it was from

(10:33):
top to down, it's high currentcannot stop.
Soil wanted to stop Like whyyou are taking me away the water
?
Consider enemy, my enemy istaking me away.
There was a level ground.

(10:58):
When in the level ground thereis no high current, the water
flow smoothly, no noise.
She have a little sigh.
Wow, good, is little restful.
Now he is taking me by, feelinglittle relaxed and she saw A

(11:27):
pitcher full of water.
She asked the question to thepitcher the soil.
That, brother, this water isour enemy.
Look at, I didn't want to comewith it, but I have no choice.

(11:49):
He is taking me away.
How did you do that?
You control the enemy inside ofyou.
Can you give me the technique.
Can I control this?
Look, I try to stop.
It doesn't let me stop.

(12:09):
I said, sister, it is verydifficult path.
I was like you.
He told his story.
I was like you, the pot maker.
He dug the ground and hebrought me at home the clay.

(12:32):
What he did?
He dumped the water in me anddumped the water.
After that he started mixing it.
Mixing it, it became totallymud.

(12:54):
Not only that, because he has tomake a lot of pictures, he was
walking with the feet and makingit smooth, right, very cruel
person.
I never met that.
But he, he was like rubbing meto become like smooth.

(13:17):
Very cruel person.
When I became little smooth, the mud that he put me on the
wheel where they make the potand you can make anything.

(13:38):
The wheel was spinning so high.
I was dizzy.
I said how many problems hewill take me more even.
It's a chaotic situation.
I thought maybe there is a goalsomewhere to go.

(14:03):
I was quiet.
I had no choice.
Like you, don't have a choice.
Okay.
Then he made me a shape of thepicture and then he dumped me to
the sun, hard sun, and I beganto little bit crack in the sun.

(14:29):
When it dries, it cracks littlebit.
Then he has a special tool.
He put his hand inside and hewas hitting me.
Cannot believe it was sopainful, but I never met that

(14:50):
kind of cruelest person.
After that he dumped me into thefire.
They have a special way to makethe pictures.
They have to fill and insideall the unripe pictures, clay

(15:11):
parts they put it and they putthe fire.
And the fire burns insidelittle by little, little by
little, and they become sostrong.
Right when he dumped me intothe fire I was burning.
It's how many more troubles hewill make me go through Either.

(15:37):
Maybe I tolerated it, maybethis was the last one.
And when he took me out afterfew days I became so strong Now
I control my envy inside of me.
So I said, brother, this isvery difficult path.

(15:57):
Can you tell me easy one?
That easy one is you are goingwith the water to go.
Just follow with it.
That is the easy one.
Namah Siddha.
He is not easy to be Siddha.
It's a story of a picture Ihave to go through lot of

(16:22):
trouble, lot of pain, lot ofsuffering, lot of torture, like
fire, but consequences.
Result is very good.
People don't know, sometimesthey are afraid of adventures,
but only one bird.
They are a big storm, all thebirds.

(16:46):
They are sitting into the nestor somewhere in the shelter,
heavy wind, only the eagle, youknow eagle.
When heavy wind comes, he isoutside.
When storm comes, even morestrong wind, he flies and the

(17:13):
wind pushes him more up, up andup.
He goes Even.
Sometimes eagle can go evenbeyond the cloud.
It flies so high sometimes andhe loves it.
He loves the challenges.

(17:33):
All the birds are sittingsomewhere, but the eagle is
flying above the clouds.
I was reading one time Napoleonyou heard the name of what is
the other name of Napoleon?
I think Bonaparte was Hitler orBonaparte, napoleon, bonaparte,

(17:58):
napoleon.
He wrote in his book that isamazing thing what he wrote that
that that any challenge in yourlife gives you an opportunity.

(18:21):
Any challenge in your life, anychallenge comes in front of you
.
It gives you an opportunity.
Accept it like an eagle.
He accepts the challenge, thewind, and it goes ah-ha and all

(18:44):
these, all these troubles aredown automatically and he enjoys
.
Accept the challenge in yourlife.
If you accept it, you will behigh like an eagle.

(19:08):
Namo siddha-nim, I bow to siddha.
I will be one day.
Namo airee-nim, I bow toacharya Acharya.
Acharya.
They are 36 qualities.
They hold Lot of love, lot ofcompassion, lot of forgiveness,
lot of samyam, lot of tapas, lotof everything, lot of knowing

(19:30):
Right, the guide people.
I bow to them.
And when you reach that higherlevel, acharya is not the name,
acharya is a state of higherconsciousness.
Acharya can reach that higherstate of consciousness Only

(19:57):
those karma left around his soul.
Maximum they have three livesmore to be liberated.
They can go in the same life, but max three lives.
I bow to those souls whoeverreach on that higher state of
consciousness, and one day Iwish I will be.

(20:22):
This is the third one, fourthone Namo uvachaya-nim, I bow to
uvachaya.
Uvachaya means spiritualteacher.
I bow to spiritual teacher.
It doesn't say religiousteacher, it says spiritual
teacher.
Upadhyaya Up means close, closeto self, the self-study who

(20:48):
does all the time self-study.
It is called upadhyaya.
I bow to them Because they areclose to the self-study and
self-study they considerreligious teacher.
Reading the Bible, reading theGita, reading the Quran,

(21:10):
spiritual scriptures only theymight guide you.
Religious book they might guideyou little bit here and there,
but not the ultimate teachingsare missing from there.
That's why we call themreligious books.
Religious books are good up tocertain extent, but scriptures,

(21:36):
which is more spiritual, theycan take you even further.
I bow to spiritual teacher.
They are into it, they want toopen the self, awaken the soul
and they are trying to awakenthemselves, and then they try to

(21:59):
help others too.
I bow to them and they sayNamol Oye Sabah, sabah, nan 5th
Wan.
I bow all the spiritualpractitioners, our monks and
nuns, whoever, wherever they arein the whole universe.
Why?
Because at least they havechosen the paths, they are on

(22:24):
the paths.
And once you are on the path,it is just a time.
It might take time to go there.
It will take time to become apicture right from the soil.
But time is irrelevant as longas you are on the path,

(22:50):
spiritual path, and I alwaysteach once you take the step,
you are arrived.
Once you take the step, youalready arrived, because your
journey begins.
It is hard to make.
The journey begins.
Many people, they are veryintelligent, many people.

(23:15):
They are very genius.
They can have a lot of thingsbut not necessarily they can
find a solution.
I was reading about AlbertEinstein.
Consider a genius person.

(23:36):
He wrote in his last statementthat if there is any incarnation
, Life after life, I want to beborn in India.
Second line he wrote I want tobe born as a Jain Because he

(24:02):
read all the Jain scriptures.
Whatever, he has a theory ofrelativity he stole from the
Jain system.
Jain system is very scientific.
It is a spiritual journey.
Plus scientifically, we call itSapekshavad Sapekshavad if you

(24:27):
translate in English, it becomesa theory of relativity.
I think he was feeling guiltywhole of his life that I stole
it.
This is not mine.
So he wrote in that I want tobe born as a Jain.
Born as a Jain doesn't meananything If you follow that

(24:56):
system.
That is more important.
Namo loyi sarva savanan, I bowto all the monks and nuns who
are on the spiritual path.
This is the fifth day of thePerusion.
I bow.
Why?
I bow Because I don't want tobe egoistic.

(25:19):
I don't want to be.
I want to crush my ego Becauseone day I will go.
Why to be ego?
There was the greatest emperorin India.
His name is Ashoka.

(25:39):
Ashoka was the greatest emperorin India.
He was ruling almost all theway to Saudi Arabia.
There was Indian kingdom thosedays and he is the one who
spread all over Buddhism.
He was born as a Jain and hewanted all the Jain principles

(26:02):
to go all around the world.
But their monks, they were soconstipated I am using word they
didn't want to break theirrules.
They didn't want to travel allover.
He may reconference all theAcharyas, all the monks and nuns

(26:25):
that it is time to break therule and go spread the message.
They didn't accept Buddhist.
He approached the Buddhist.
They accepted.
He put all the money behind andhe said all over in the world,
buddhist, monks and nuns andBuddhist.

(26:47):
It was the first population inthe history of Buddhism.
It was the biggest populationin the world.
It was Buddhist one time.
Now it is not Now, maybe it isthe third.
It is still holding it Right,it was.

(27:10):
He became so much into itbecause he was born as a Jain.
He read the principle of Jains.
Everything and some incidentchanged his life.
And incident happened into theworld.
He couldn't see so many peopleare turned into the world.

(27:32):
He was too much into the world.
Then he totally changed.
He became opposite.
Then he wanted to spread allthe message All over and he did.
One day he was going in his town.
It is real.
It is not a story, it is realincident Because we have a

(27:55):
history about there, writtenhistory.
And he was going on his chariot.
His secretary of home was withhim and advisors with him and
suddenly he saw a monk on theway.

(28:18):
When he was going he said stopmy chariot.
He stopped the chariot and hewent there.
He paid respect to the monk Bowdown Wherever he sees.
He used to do that.
His secretary of home.

(28:40):
He said that my majesty, I wantto tell you one thing.
We don't know who is this monk.
You bow to everyone on the way.
You are an emperor?

(29:01):
You are the greatest king?
I don't think so.
It is good to do that.
He was quiet when they arrived.
He called him next day.
He wanted to teach him lesson.

(29:24):
He gave him the person who wasin the jail.
He was death sentence.
Someone criminal cut his headbecause he is going to die
anywhere and the head he gave tothe, his name, was Yasha.

(29:45):
The mantra, like the secretaryof phone, that Yasha, go and
sell this to anyone, this headsell to anyone, and how much you

(30:06):
can make money.
You give me in the evening, sir, sir, it is your order, I will
go.
He went door to door.
Hey, you want to buy the headwhen he shows because it is a
cover.
When he shows, people getafraid.
What is this?

(30:27):
Hey, I will give you money, butdon't bring this to me.
They are afraid of the head.
He just uncover it.
They see it.
They get afraid that I can giveyou money, but I don't want to
keep it.
He tried thousands of housesoldiers everywhere in vain.

(30:52):
In the evening he came backwith the head.
Ashoka asked him that youbrought back.
You didn't sell it.
This was my order to sell it.
That I tried, my majesty, butnobody was to even buy.

(31:13):
To forget the buy.
They don't want to even see it.
That what about?
If it is your head?
They will buy it?
I don't think so, my majesty, nobody's going to buy it.

(31:34):
But you are the secretary ofwhom I am telling you truth.
People are afraid of it.
That what about if it is myhead, ashoka said?
I said, my majesty, I don'tthink so.

(31:56):
Anybody can buy it, no matterwhose head it is.
That if the value of the head isthat nobody wants to even buy
it, that if it bow down tosomeone, this is my, this is my

(32:20):
own feelings to buy down who isfurther, I don't care if he's a
monk or not a monk, but I feltit to bow down.
As soon as you felt it, yourkarma is gone.
It's not the question who is infront of you.
Question is what is going oninside of you.

(32:43):
When you see a monk, as soon asyour feelings are, I want to
bow down.
I want to have their ownqualities.
Your ego is gone.
So there is a way to learn manythings.

(33:06):
There are many ways to learn.
I heard actually I read itSolomon, emperor Solomon.
You know the name.
He's considered very wiseemperor.
He said he was very intelligent.
The people said that Solomonwas very intelligent and the

(33:31):
western countries are popular.
One day one lady, she was toomuch in love with him.
He married Solomon, but shewanted to test him if his voice

(33:53):
are not voice.
She brought very elegant, beautiful, gorgeous lady.
She brought two flowers and shestood far away in the court and

(34:17):
she asked him I will marry youif you will tell me which is the
real flower.
He has a two bouquet, bouquetof the flower she has in her
hand holding One was artificial, one was real, and she is

(34:38):
standing far away, maybe like300 meters, 300 meter away, 300
yard away.
It is hard, hard to say which isreal, which is not real, that
if you will tell me which isreal, I will just accept you as

(35:06):
my husband".
She tested him lot of otherthings, but one of tests was
this, and it is very hard to sayfrom far away he passed.
But this was very difficult.
They look alike, same and it ishard to say Big building, big

(35:33):
court.
He ordered his soldiers to openall the windows and doors.
Everybody thought maybe it is ahut, so he's ordering open the
window.
And he opened the window.
All the windows and doors areopen because the court was

(35:57):
surrounded by lot of gardens, beautiful trees and flowers.
And suddenly he told her inyour right hand the real flowers

(36:20):
.
Left hand is a fake.
She got shocked.
It was true and nobody even canthink about it.
How could he tell that, whichis real?
He said I am very impressed.

(36:41):
You are passed In every my allquestion.
I ask this this was the hardestone, but can you tell me how
did you tell that this is real?
That, hey, you can cheat me.
You can cheat people, youcannot cheat the honey bee.

(37:04):
As soon as I saw honey bee wentthere, I said this is the real
flower.
Honey bee will not sit on theartificial flower.
Right, you can cheat people, but you cannot cheat a bee.
She didn't even think about it.

(37:27):
That's what she was.
Why is Solomon emperor?
You can cheat people, you cancheat anyone, but you cannot
cheat the God.
You want to be one day Siddha.
No one can cheat the God.

(37:49):
It will happen to you if youkeep going, if you stop, if you
are afraid, if you are afraid ofadventure.
It will be like an eagleSometimes accept challenges.
Napoleon is right.
Maybe he is a Bonaparte.

(38:11):
Bonaparte means he was in atalent of.
Maybe.
That's what she is calledBonaparte.
So every challenges bringsopportunity for you.
You are all troubles are downand you are high above the

(38:32):
clouds.
It's up to you.
You want to do it, do it, butdon't be in illusion.
We are so much in illusion thatwe want to do many things but
we are not able to do it.
Why?
Because we don't like ourselves.
It's a problem.

(38:52):
I'm going to give you onelittle example.
You might get an idea from it.
A crow Crow is a black.
He didn't like himself, hiseyes, his color.

(39:13):
He went to the crane.
A crane, a bird, white bird.
You can see into the pondsomewhere.
It's a special and they huntthe fish.
Sometimes they stand in one legright Not to move, so the fish

(39:35):
they can hunt it.
He was totally white.
He went to him.
Hey, I want to be like you.
You are so beautiful.
Look at my color black.
My eyes are ugly, my beak is sougly, all these feet are so

(40:00):
ugly.
I want to be like you.
How did you become so beautiful?
You said you think I ambeautiful.
Hey, look at that parrot.
I think the parrot is sobeautiful.
The beak, the colorful beak, the feathers colorful, the green

(40:26):
feathers.
Right, I am just a white One,nothing.
You ask him maybe he went tothe parrot that how come you are
so beautiful beak, colorfulfeathers, and me Look at black

(40:47):
ugly.
Can you give me the any mantrato become like you?
You think I am beautiful parrot, sir?
Hey, if you want to see thebeauty, go to the peacock.
Peacock, where did I findpeacock that?

(41:11):
Go to the forest, somewhere, you will find it.
The crow search around,discovering, searching
everywhere.
He couldn't find the forest inthe forest, see, but I want to
find the peacock.
Where it is Inquired aboutaround the forest, people that

(41:33):
hey, there is any peacock here.
I want to meet him.
He is so beautiful the way hedance, right, that's what parrot
is telling me.
I don't look at.
Yeah, there was, but I thinkthe Jew people came here and
they just grabbed him, catch himand they took him to the Jew.

(41:56):
I think, oh, I will go there.
He went to the Jew what is theother name of the Jew?
Where are the birds and animals?
They call it Jew.
Right, they went there.

(42:19):
He went there.
He saw the peacock into the cage, big cage, and he said you are
so beautiful, just by look, youare so beautiful.
You know, peacock, what toldthe crow?
That hey, don't be beautiful, otherwise you will be in the

(42:46):
cage.
That good, the way you are, youare free.
Look at, I am in the cage.
Be satisfied the way you are.
People have to like who they are, the way they are born.
Don't compare with others.

(43:09):
Peacock is right that hey, don't try to be someone else.
Look at this.
What happened to me?
They caught me and they bringme into the cage.
I am totally.
My freedom is gone.

(43:30):
So you have to think about itthat if you are the way you were
born.
If you will start your journeythe way you are, that counts
more.
But if you will try oh, I wantto be this way, I want to be

(43:51):
this way they start imitatingother people.
It doesn't take you anywhere.
Start your journey the way youwere born and love yourself
first.
If you cannot love yourself, ifyou cannot appreciate yourself

(44:13):
and you see the beauty intoothers, your situation is like
what your situation will be likeif you live into the rental
home.
If you live into the rentalhome, you decorate that house
with flowers, with furniture, with pictures, with art, with

(44:38):
beautiful everything.
No matter how much you decoratethat rental home, you know it
is not yours Deep down.
You know it.
It is not yours.
It cannot be yours, no matterwhat your all efforts are in

(45:01):
vain.
It cannot be yours Same way,you just think about it.
If you will start imitatingsomething else, something else,
something else, you are notputting efforts the way you are,
so it cannot be yours.

(45:24):
By looking at others, what theyare doing and you are not doing
it, just looking at it.
It doesn't become your home, nomatter what you say, how much
you decorate and it is realityis how much you decorate your
body, how much did you do it, itis still not yours.

(45:44):
I think the biggest deceiver inthe world is your body.
When time comes, it deceivesyou, your friend deceives or not
deceives, your family deceivesor not deceives, but your body
will go into deceive and thereis no ultimatum for it, no

(46:09):
ultimatum that give ultimatum.
Ultimatum at least you have tolive today.

Speaker 1 (46:19):
No ultimatum.

Speaker 2 (46:25):
I was in India.
One was my lecture.
Open area, thousands of peoplebecause they put the outside
tent in the street in India.
India is amazing countryactually.
You blocking the whole streetand people cooperate with you.

(46:46):
I don't understand Cars.
Okay, we will park, let's go tolecture.
One day I saw loudspeakerseverywhere, saw the one family
they are bringing one little oldman to the lecture.

(47:06):
He wanted to attend thelectures spiritual discourse.
I saw him far away.
I stopped my lecture.
I said can you bring thisfellow close to here, first row?
I never stopped my lectureusually for that reason.

(47:30):
But I stopped and they bring.
He became so happy that littleguy and old he couldn't.
They are supporting him tobring it.
He was so happy and he satfirst row with his family.

(47:51):
People gave them space.
I changed my topic.
The biggest deceiver in theworld, in this whole universe,
is your own body.
Take advantage of it before itdeceives you Make.

(48:19):
Put as many as effort as youcan, otherwise you never know
when it's going to deceive Meritit.
I change my subject.
I start teaching themmeditation and go deep, deep

(48:39):
into, go beyond your body.
Just forget for a while when Istart teaching meditation.
In meditation.
He collapse, he died.
That's what I start my lecture.

(49:01):
I saw his aura was diminishedfully, even six month early aura
begin to little bit going down, down, down, shrinking, but when
you don't see aura at all, itmeans body is time to deceive

(49:26):
you.
I saw it.
I wanted him to go in good way, very peaceful way and happy way
.
Even the body deceived him.
It couldn't deceived himbecause he was in meditation.
You can deceive the body beforedeceive you.

(49:52):
You can deceive it, you reverseit.
If you are in meditation, ifyou are in those thoughts, if
you are that more that, then thebody cannot deceive you.
You deceive the body.
That is called the trim of thebody or your winners.

(50:20):
You have a.
You win over the body becauseyou took advantage of it.
There are many things to talkabout it, but I am going to tell
you now.

(50:40):
The pre-usion, pre-usion fifthday, biggest celebration in the
whole world, spiritual purest.
That's what I call it.
I mentioned we call itashtanaka, eight day celebration

(51:02):
.
In Judaism it become onlyhanaka.
Hanaka means special day andinstead of hanaka they call it
hanaka, just a little bit.
So it is everywhere.
This was celebration, waseverywhere.
In one time People began toforget.

(51:22):
But Jain system still carryingit At least.
They celebrate, at least eightdays.
They are into that mode.
Can you believe in eight daysif the body deceived them,
cannot be deceived, because theyare into the different kind of
mode, different kind of ideas.

(51:45):
So sometimes I am going to giveyou one more little example and
then I will come back to thescripture, what I am teaching

(52:06):
you.
A husband was asking his wife akind of a riddle, that what is
that thing which is not visible, which is not visible and we

(52:45):
cannot see it, we cannot evensense it, but we cannot live
without it.
What is that thing?
We cannot see it, we cannoteven sense it.

(53:05):
He is not visible, but wecannot live without it.
The husband is asking to hiswife Wife, was little
intelligent Wind?
We cannot live.
It is not visible, we cannotsee it, we cannot sense it.

(53:26):
But without air, without wind, without oxygen, we cannot live
without it.
There was a little boy sittingthere.
There is that.
One more thing there was thatinternet.
He said that is what the lifeis these days.

(53:52):
Hey, body is going to deceiveyou.
If you want to use internet, useit.
Good purpose, read it.
Good stuff, don't misuse it.
It is like wind.
It is becoming little too muchpeople into it.
But if they, as long as theyread something as they learn

(54:12):
something from it.
It is okay.
So, pariyushan, I always teach.
Today I am going to continue, continue the meditation.
And these days you know thecomputer, the iPhone,

(54:36):
everybody's children's hand,everybody's hand.
They misusing it.
One granddaughter, she wasgrown up, she was little funny.
She said she asked thegrandfather Grandfather was
sitting that grandfather, inyour time you will have, like

(54:58):
that time, 10 children.
How it is possible, 10 childrenyou used to have Right?
You know what his answer was itis funny that we didn't waste
our valuable time until midnighton sitting on the Facebook and

(55:21):
internet.
That's what we used to have 10children.
You are all wasting, right.
If you are not learning.
You are wasting, right.
Don't waste.

Speaker 1 (55:40):
Learn.

Speaker 2 (55:41):
If you learn that, is okay to sit until midnight, but
if you are just chatting, sending messages, it doesn't
mean anything.
Hey, learn from it.
Maybe grandpa is right.
He didn't waste his valuabletime.
10 children, I am going toteach you the meditation.

(56:11):
I was continuing with it.
Garhiye nye ducharyo khamiyesattvo niyatiyye pamaav nichal
chitto tajhaai jao purvavapadihai.
That first you have to thinkwhatever you have done in the

(56:34):
past, in previous life or thislife in the past I will use word
in the past whatever you havedone or collected bad karmas,
you criticize them, you put themdown.
That I don't appreciate it, Idid it.

(56:56):
So means you begin to look atthem.
That whatever you, I havecollected, all the bad karmas In
the previous or past time, previous life or this life is a
past, is a past.
So you have to criticize thatkarmas, you have to look at them

(57:23):
.
And when you look at them, thenyou, after that, you ask
forgiveness from every singleliving being that maybe I hurt
you, I, I maybe hurt yourfeelings, or maybe I tempted to

(57:47):
kill you, or I thought bad aboutyou, or I have negative
thoughts about you.
So you ask the forgiveness forevery living being and keep away
your laziness.
Lazyness is pramada Nivartitapramada.

(58:11):
What is pramada Pramada is whenyou always live in the anger
mode, or ego mode, or deceitfulmode, or greediness mode, so it
is the biggest laziness is that?
Instead, it is more thanlaziness.

(58:32):
If you are living into theanger, you flowing into the
anger, your thoughts are thatway, so you take away from you
this kind of thing and then, after that, the mind, which is
very cunning, very bravery, youdo one pointedness you meditate.

(58:59):
And when you meditate, untilyou meditate, till meditate,
till all these karma, whateveryou collected, they are not
totally destroyed If you are inthat mode.

(59:21):
This is the same book I wastalking yesterday, the
Parsonacharyam, where they wrotethe life of the Parshanath,
23rd Tirthankara, the 304 and305 pages.

(59:45):
So that is very good, that youhave to meditate, continue till
you are all karma, whatever youcollected, knowingly and
knowingly you kill someone oryou hurt someone.
You collected bad karma.
So till they are totallydestroyed or burned.

(01:00:07):
And you have to create thatfire, and meditation is a fire.
You have to have that fire inyou.
That fire begin to burn allthese collected stuff.
Then, after that, there isanother book of Acharya.

(01:00:30):
It is called Dhyanshatak.
It is 100 shlokas in this book, dhyanshatak.
It is about meditation.
Dhyanadharvani Thirkaya JoganamPun Munin Jhanam Sunichal
Mahaane Gama Mami Janayino SunneRaneva Viseso it is a

(01:00:56):
Dhyanshatak.
This is another book written byAcharya 36 shlokas in it.
What he is, acharya, is guidingyou.
Thirkaya Joganam the person whohas discipline on their yoga.
Yoga means three yogas Iexplained yesterday mind, body

(01:01:21):
and speech.
If you have a fully control allover your mind, body and speech
, your mind is not collectingbad vibes or bad karmas or bad
information.
You are not speaking bad words, not using bad language, abusive

(01:01:45):
language, or your body is notin the bad actions, not hitting
someone, not slapping someone, not like you are doing bad stuff
stealing, hulting others.
Mind, body and speech.
These are the three yoga, threeyogas, the combination of these

(01:02:09):
.
It becomes a three yoga.
If you become totally into like, have total, 100% discipline
over it, they are under yourcontrol and if they are under
your control, you are the boss.
Otherwise, your mind is theboss, your speech is the boss,

(01:02:35):
right, or your body is the bossbecause they are not under your
control.
They are going.
They are non-control.
I give you an example how to beyour own boss, and I can guide
you that if you become your ownboss, you are never going to

(01:02:56):
collect the bad karma.
But the unfortunate people losttheir own bosshood.
What is bosshood?
You are not like your boss.
That is not a boss.
You have to be your own boss.
How A bottle of wine is in yourhand, you are the boss.

(01:03:20):
Don't open it.
You are the boss.
Give to someone, you are theboss.
But if you have opened it, youare still the boss.
You can drain it right, throwit away you are the boss.
But once you drank it, you arenot the boss anymore.

(01:03:43):
Who is the boss now?
The wine?
You are under influence.
You will do whatever influenceis on you.
You lost your bosshood and assoon as you lose the bosshood,
that's it.
All the karma begin to come toyou.
But if you are the boss, yourmind, your body, your speech is

(01:04:07):
under your control.
You are the boss.
If they are under your control.
First thing, first condition heput.
Then the person who is fullymeditating, with the calm and

(01:04:37):
peaceful mind.
Then meditation will begin whenmind is there.
Ghamammi janayin no sunne renevav yaviseso.
That meditator or that spiritualpractitioner, it can be among

(01:05:06):
the biggest crowd, hustle andbustle.
It can be meditator there, itdoesn't disturb them.
It can be in the forest.
It can be very, very peacefulplace somewhere, or in the
village, or in the city, or inthe crowd.

(01:05:29):
Nothing bothers them If mind, body and speech is under their
control and mind is verypeaceful and you begin to
meditate.
For that spiritual practitionerthere is no difference between

(01:05:49):
city, village, forest or riveror to the ocean.
Every place is peaceful forthat sadhak.
That is meditation.
If you can flow equally, nomatter where you are, that

(01:06:13):
sadhak, that monk, is ameditator.
Otherwise it cannot bemeditator.
Meditator is not affected byanything If they are first
condition.
He put that Thirkaya Jyoganathat have control on your mind,

(01:06:38):
body and speech.
You are the boss.
When you are the boss, yourmind will be very peaceful, your
mind will be very calm, youfeel tranquility, you will feel
something, you will hearsomething Sometime.
I tell what is meditationSimply if you can hear your own

(01:07:04):
heartbeat, you become sopeaceful, you become so powerful
of your own boss that you beginto hear your own heartbeat and
one day, when you begin to hearyour own heartbeat, no matter

(01:07:27):
where you are, you are notdisturbed.
No matter somebody is showeringon you, calling you bad name,
bad language.
You are just in meditativestate.
It happened to Mahavira.
They were calling him bad name, but he never.

(01:07:48):
It happened to Buddha callinghim bad name.
He didn't, he got, he didn'tget affected by it.
So the meditator can beanywhere.
But if you are the boss, allthese mind, body and speech is
under your control, then you canbe anywhere and you will not

(01:08:12):
get affected by it.
That is real meditation.
Dhyanshatak 36, shloka.
One more I am going to tell youNaya manun nesu manam pikuja

(01:08:38):
samahika me samne tavasi.
It's very beautiful, the personwho wants to be into the
samadhi.
You know, samadhi means whensamadhi is a one state of
consciousness where you totallygo beyond your body, go beyond

(01:09:05):
your mind, go beyond yourthoughts, where mind dissolves,
thoughts dissolves and bodydissolves means you don't
remember where your body is, youtotally forget.
Sometimes it happens.
Sometimes it happens whenperson is in very much in pain,

(01:09:28):
suffering.
It can happen.
They forgot or some shockingnews, they forgot where they are
.
They become kind of, they gounconscious.
Sometimes An unconscious is theall information I buried there.

(01:09:51):
Once you get hit into theunconscious state, everything
begin to come out.
And it is the dilemma that wedon't go in that unconscious
state.
We love only conscious mind andit is only periphery, it is
only on the surface.

(01:10:12):
On the surface we love things.
We don't want to go deep.
If you go deep, really go tounconscious, unconscious mind is
very close to your soul.
It is like you go deep into theocean.

(01:10:35):
There is no movement there.
What doesn't even have anymovement is like very much
stability there, tranquilitythere, that tranquility it can
happen when you are the boss.

(01:10:56):
If you are not your boss, tranquility never going to
happen.
All the other distractions willbe there.
You never going to hit intoyour unconscious mind.
You have to go there and ithappened when accident happened.
What get affected?

(01:11:18):
You are never.
Everything shocks here and thatis the best thing.
But we lose that opportunity.
Nepal, bonaparte, napoleon saysno, the challenge, every single

(01:11:43):
challenge.
They bring for you anopportunity, they create for you
an opportunity.
But we forget Sometimes wesneeze, sneezing, creating you
for opportunity to go deep intothe meditative state.

(01:12:04):
And what is meditative state?
When you sneeze, suddenly a gapcomes there.
A little gap, little gap isvery peaceful.
You released all the burden, you released all the tension,
you released bad Western people.
They are told differently hey,if you sneeze, stop it, they

(01:12:31):
don't let the sneeze comes outfully.
And if you try to block yoursneeze, you are blocking
meditative state.
If you are sneezing, and youfull-fledged, sneezing fully,

(01:12:51):
you will feel so much peace.
It is opportunity.
But people just that's why theysay God bless you, why they
call it God bless you, becausethat is the opportunity God is
giving you in sneezing thatthere is just total stop-ness.

(01:13:13):
There there is nothing movement, total peace, total tranquility
, total release, total.
Your everything is released andit is very peaceful.
By sneezing even, you can godeep into meditative state.

(01:13:35):
But he said if you want to goto that state, what we call it
Samadhi I explain into thePadangali Yog Sutra lot of about
Samadhi.
If a tapasvi, if a monk or is aspiritual person who is in that
mode and he wants to go to thein Samadhi, deep Samadhi, that

(01:14:03):
monk or that person will not gointo the senses.
What senses do?
Either you have a touch, youare moving into the touch.
You like good stuff, you likesmooth stuff, you like fine

(01:14:25):
stuff, you like not rough stuff, you don't like harshness.
No, that is a touch.
They are go beyond that.
Five About the work of the fivesenses or the habit of the five
senses.
They go beyond suddenly, theygo beyond the touch, they go

(01:14:48):
beyond the taste.
What is taste Then?
Six kind of taste Right, eithersour, either sweet, either salt
, either spicy, either bitter,or either strange, stringent

(01:15:14):
taste, gashaya.
They go beyond it Suddenly whenthey are into the Samadhi state
.
In that state they go beyondShabdh, rup, ras, gant, sparsh.
These are the five habits ofthe five senses.

(01:15:34):
And then you hear, either youhear good word, bad word, shubh,
asubh and mis or mixed.
You go beyond that.
What do you see?
Colour, how many colours?
That's what you see.

(01:15:55):
You go beyond that, those two.
Or smell, what do you smell?
Either good smell, bad smell.
You go beyond that too.
But who does it?
They go beyond it.
Naya amun ne nesu manam nikuja.

(01:16:16):
They don't do, their mind isnot indulged into that, into the
five senses, habits.
Whatever they are carrying, their mind is not into that and

(01:16:39):
whatever is the opposite way.
That is also, they don't hateit.
They don't get attached to,into that which is opposite of
it.
They don't hate it.
Neither hate or neitherattachment of the senses.

(01:17:00):
So that person go deep intoSamadhi state, but there are 25
blockages in it, and I thinktime is running faster than me,

(01:17:24):
I suppose, to tell you 25, but Iexplain lot of things today.
Now the 25 blockages.
They are very important.
If you can clear all these 25dosha I call it dosha.
Dosha means blockages If youclear all these 25 blockages

(01:17:45):
from your mind, from your body, from your speech, there is no
one.
Even God comes.
Hey, don't meditate.
You will go into the deepmeditation because the 25
blockages are not there.
Even God cannot stop you.
Even God comes, hey, don't stop, stop.

(01:18:08):
God even is not able to stop, you will go, and those are very
important to know tomorrow.
