On today's show, we will be joined by Josh Froelich and will discuss his approach to guns, gear and training for the sport of Practical Competition Shooting League. Josh recently shot the nationals and breaks down his ups and downs in this raw show.

Brief Bio: Josh’s journey into action shooting began on a quiet trip to the local gun shop, when he heard one of the employees mention an IDPA match scheduled that weekend. He gave it a shot and hasn’t looked back since. He soon took on the added challenges of USPSA competition, becoming hooked on the faster shooting, higher-round-count stages and more strategic problem solving. This eventually led to 3-gun, which is now his primary focus. Josh currently holds National and World Championship titles in 3 Gun Nation, Lucas Oil Shotgun and IPSC World Shotgun and is an avid USPSA, Action Shotgun and 3 Gun Competitor. Outside of his shooting career he is a sales professional and devoted family man.
