I spent money, and time ultimately to reach 0 results, when I actually did what was required, I started making real moves in my fitness and health.


Plug this information into whatever you're struggling with and be honest with yourself, are we actually doing what is required? Or are we trying to change the variables to cut corners?

Taking short cuts with the right knowledge and coaches is great, cutting corners is different!
