或者说我在私下训练
或者说我自己去照镜子
看到我身材的那种改变
然后或者我秀了之后
人家就是回复我的一些东西啊
或者说人家夸你
都是给我一种很满足感的
我就活在当下
我就觉得就很开心啊每天都很开心

OK那我们还是要回到这个健美
因为我确实我真的不了解
为什么有人这么迷上这个
可以说运动或是艺术
就我get不到这个魅力
你先解释一下你怎么介入进去了
然后你为什么这么喜欢这个东西

其实是也是有一个人拉的
一般大部分人进入一个运动
其实都会有一个朋友啊对
有个启蒙嘛当
时我有个朋友呃当时也算同事
又算私下的一个朋友他就给我说
你不如去做个体测

大部分人健身开始可能就是因为这个

体测一测完之后
发现自己的身体状况不是那么良好啊
本来觉得自己体脂肪不太高
一看被教练一说
这个体脂肪好像25%
第一次啊
那时候体重大概在六十一二吧
然后他说怎么怎么样不好
那我就说
哎要不要有萌生了这个锻炼的想法
对啊这是就是我一个开始吧

然后其实什么时候入迷到这个健美

就是应该源于一般我
我觉得有一部分人跟我是一样的经历
就是可能感情受挫

感情受挫之后开始就是迷上健美的

我就是没什么特别的事情去做
在在分手失恋的时候
有去玩吉他有去跳街舞

玩滑板都有玩
然后跟各种朋友
然后一段时间之后
你发现你你不太擅长这个东西
我是天生节奏感不太算好的人
然后弹吉他的话就拍子跟不上啊会按

就属于那种看镜子里老师跳什么
我跳什么
总是慢个小半拍的那种感觉啊我发现

哎没有太多天赋但是也给我带来快乐

我跟交朋友也好跳舞也好就是在出汗
就是这种情绪就抒发了
之后会得到一种
就不会去想那个失恋的事情
对然后最最最后来的话就是又谈这

就是健身这件事情
怎么开始然
后迷上他
然后不断的去保持健美

我是因为健身了大概有三年左右吧

那我去健身学院就来上海这边学习啦

遇到了我的这个新的

然后一起学健身
然后就属于缘分嘛
嗯然后又开始了一段新的恋情不错啊

在此之前我有去外地旅游
但是从来没有离开过家乡去工作

就是我们在健身学院认识

他比我可能要小7岁

去看待这件事情
他发生了某件事情

可能他觉得就是没有那么不太稳定吗

分开了我我就很很失落很失落
那段时间我我晚上睡觉的时候
就以前我感觉我好像是没有泪腺
不会不会哭啊
后来我真的是
就是我有时候会湿了枕头的那种状态
我也搞不明白
可能自己就是对于感情的看待
不像有些男生一样

他谈了一段可以换另外一段
马上就走出来
我有点走不太出来我是金牛座嘛
然后叫一生只爱一个人
最好是这种感情是是比较好的
嗯但是每谈一段的时候
我都是抱着这种想法的
可能最后因为各方各方面情况嘛
不合适就没谈成
然后我就后来就开始就是一天一练

从健身教练做这个工作
一天一练变成一天两练
因为我要打发我更多的时间啊

练完之后可能也会去跳跳舞那段时间
但最后我在在在在
在此之后
我就一直在开始以健美的方式锻炼了
因为这个店里有一些同事
都是练的肌肉块比较大的
那个时候我也是去请健身教练学

也都是因为我想要有拥有那样的身材
啊对然后那一年跟着另外一个
我们的店经理去来上海这边看了一场
IWF的那个
就是健美比赛
那场比赛是
就是也是算口罩之后
嗯啊对
19年的口罩
都快早了一点的
18年还是1919

然后停了一下嘛
然后那场比赛好久不办了
600多个选手
让我看到了很多
以前那个视频里面的一些健美大咖
包括早期的陆晨辉啊
小萝卜他们
然后也看到了那个比赛
那种感觉
我也就突然有一种想往说我
我能不能也站在这个台上

这种感觉
对去秀一下这个肌肉

因为我们大部分人就是都有点害羞
表达在公众场合去表演自己
或者表现自己的
嗯我从来没有过
嗯就是少有
我也是因为跳舞第一次有汇演
我上了舞台也会忘动作
但是我觉得我走下来了

然后我以前的工作可能会有一些兴致
是会在前面去去讲一些东西的

然后就还是蛮蛮蛮享受这种台
台上这种感觉

所以我就想我也也也能不能去那个
然后就那个时候只是想往
但我心里是不敢想的
因为我看到他们肌肉这么大
我就跟你说的一样

我们就骨骼骨架就偏小偏弱小一点
那时候力量也不算大的
然后我只能说努力去往这个方向去练
但是哪哪一天打比赛我没有想过
但是
当时有一个另外一个健身房的教练
嗯早一点
早几年认识
我考教练之前早一点认识的
然后我经常跟他去打篮球

他跟我个头一样高
然后他说呃

想过那个打比赛
我说打比赛那种不太可能吧
鞭长莫及的
怎么可能呢
然后他说如果给你十年时间
你要不要打一场比赛
我说给我十年我一定打比赛

那那天我们在那万达逛逛商场的时候

我就说那我们就定一个约定

就是十年之后我们一起打一场比赛

我一直把它写在手机的那个倒数日上
2025年8月份其实没到
但是我已经
在此之前我就已经打了好几场比赛了

因为可能就是中间的过程
会经历一些其他的东西
你反正你一直是想往这个方向

你的目标在这里
但结果你可能就是因为比较顺利
或者其他的一些事情
你就提早去实现了
这个打比赛的这件预赛
我完全理解

就首先你得有一个发展目标
有一个想法
这个目标可能比较长远
但是你只要是有
只真的是你心底里认可的
而不是说你说哎呀

我就是只是想了一想而已
那我就是想我十年后一定是会比赛的
在2025年这一天
就是8月份这一天我一定会
那个他去不去
最好是一起去
我一直会会鼓励他
我说我们一起去
结果去年今年他也打了

我说明年我们一定就是再约一下

因为我一直觉得
健美其实不是一个很健康的一个

我觉得健美对我来说
我看到你们站在擂台上
我看到你们拖了那么多水

他们减减重的时候
我看到他们离死亡也就那么一点
因为全身都是干干干的
然后就在那边嘴唇全部都裂开
然后还要走到那个体重上量一下体重

你为了一场比赛

体重必须要在那个小小的那个范围里
才能打这个比赛
我就看到这个行为我就很反感
我就觉得这个很不健康

对身体的很多方面不好

可是对我来说
这是你最不健康的几分钟

其实这个就源于就是你在做这件事情

因为健美它我们往往会备赛的话
就是会拉长一个时间
就跟你朋友打MMA是一样的
就拳击的比赛
它都会有一个几个月的备赛时间
没错就当你在备赛开始的时候
你可能都属于叫舒适期
吃的也好
也没有那么严苛训练
也没有那么目标感那么强
但是随着你不断的深入

你会推着自己往前走
这就是人的一种自驱力
他就你你只要想去比这个比赛
就是你在在刚开始水平不是很好
身材不是很好的人
他只要目标是我要站到这个台上
完成这场比赛
他的好胜心也好包
括他在不断的在锻炼过程当中
他取得这种进步也好
给他的自信心加强

把自己推向这个高度的

怎么讲呢
就是竞技运动的话
确实就是
除了健美之外的很多竞技运动
也都是就是存在这种问题的

他们会觉得健美不是竞技运动
健美就是一个秀身材

我会为了这一场比赛
我从十年前的第一年开始

十年前
我来到十几年前我来到中国的时候
嗯你问一个女生

身材上什么部位
她会说如果有六块腹肌就好了
嗯现在你问一个女生
她要几块腹肌
十块
一定是10块以上
我就觉得有多少人有10块腹肌
就你因为我觉得健美是可以怪的

因为现在健美稍微流行了一点
然后他们看到有那么几个人
有十块腹肌
或是有就是那些小手手
然后他们就觉得我也要那个
然后我的目标就定的那么高

大家都往
一个很不可能的一个身材来定

我觉得健美是一个能怪的一个项目

就是他已经抛离开这个这个部分

就是在你追逐光的过程当中
你也可能成为了光
其实就是现在很多的健美选手也是
也是大概是这样的一个情况
就是你就说他就是喜不喜欢那个身材
他是爵士
向往那个身材
但是大大部分人其实是有自知之明的

我们在打比赛的人他会非常清晰
其实我觉得真的他常年在打比赛的人
他都非常清晰自己到了什么水平
嗯就我现在我练成现在这个样子
我的体重
然后我减下来的状态
我的这个肌肉的一些就是匀称程度
各方面应该是有个评判
嗯对他知道自己大概处于
现在是处于什么水平
然后可能在什么情况下

而不是说就是哦
我我用就是要到那个身材用科技
因为他知道他用的科技到那个
到到那个情况
他也不可能练到那个身材
有可能就天赋达不到

80%的努力
可以达到一个很优秀的不错的水平
对但是那些顶级的人

真的是需要那个20%的天赋的

他去选择

他也走不到很长远

嗯也有很多人可能就没有拿到冠军

他其实就是大部分人对阿诺的印象

就是健美选手的这种巅峰
就是从一个健美运动员
成为一个影视明星
然后赚到了更多的钱

大家就觉得哎

那我们走这条路径
是不是也能达到这种
嗯嗯但但那肯定是不太可能的嘛

因为他是就是做了明星之后

但他最终没有从政

他好的地方就是他好胜心非常强
他的训练比别人要付出的努力更多

但是有一些人的话
就是界面选手
他是跟他相反的
他会训练次数量级会很少
嗯他不会一周每天训练两次啊
然后他可能就一周就训练三次
然后次数也做的很少
他不会做高次数
容量又很小
但是他一样获得了很大的肌肉
就每个人有不同成功的路径

对就比方说有一个选手说

就是请教前辈
我怎么样才可以在这个比赛中
表现的更好

他会把一些反的方式告诉别人
然后最终他最终他他是赢的

就是因为他有一个自己强烈的好胜心

就是催使了他做这件事情嘛

好像是那些断层级的那些选手
就是因为他出赛了

其实他应该是在第四第五名的时候

他大腿有的时候很多人都会嘲笑
说他大腿比较细
然后很多人就觉得虽然他的胸部很大
他的二头肌很大

我觉得他腿确实maybe没有别人好

而且那一年他已经就是退役了几年了

状态已经没有一直在比赛

一看到这种不公平的事情就

这个在男生方面
也是在很多健美里面会出现这个
同样的行为
不一定是吐或是不吃东西

就过度感觉自己的身材不好吗

各样的不一样的方式
其实这个行为我觉得是一样的
就有说好那你是有好胜
就是很想进步
说的不好就是其实心里有点变态

他们特别是被晒之前
看镜子怎么也不满意
就不满意
就感觉我这边怎么这么小
我这个肌肉块

可是变成心理上的行为

像不太饱满
要填充这里

买了一件饰品之后
他觉得我买这件饰品我要穿这个衣服

就是对他鼻子变好看了

他就就会变成这种情况
其实界面也是一样的
