What separates a wannabe investor from a true real estate investor?
There are many ways out there to learn how to invest in real estate. The difference isn’t due to lack of information. Why are some successful and others not? Quick story.
For the last number of months, Spencer had trained and got into the best shape he could for his first ever Spartan Ultra Beast in Dallas, TX. The race consists of a 31 mile race, 60 obstacles throughout, and easily 8 to 10 hours of all out competition. At the end of October, Spencer completed the Spartan Ultra Beast.
On the flight back from the race, Spencer thought about everything that went into being able to run a race like that, let alone compete. He came away with these 5 principles, all of which separate the successful from the rest of the pack:
1. Count the cost - is it worth it?
2. Everybody is running their own race
3. Doing it together is more rewarding
4. Your mind is either friend or fo - you decide
5. Obstacles are inevitable
